Incorrect phone number published.

I have had phone calls this morning asking for Susannah from people given my home number from this site - surely they should check it is valid number before sending it out to everyone. I tried emailing them via link on their page - and comes back with Your message couldn't be delivered to approvedindex.co.uk because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.
The response was:
A delivery loop was detected which causes this email to be undeliverable.

I made the big mistake of leaving my…

I made the big mistake of leaving my data on an online survey. I know it's 2018 and I should know better but I genuinely didn't expect to sell my soul, so to say. I completed a survey about revamping my small business website and I have been tormented by unidentified callers ever since. The first day of received 7 calls and today already 4. I don't know how to stop this from happening, they all imagine I sit around d and wait for people to call me to chat.
Wouldn't be against emails as such but phone calls really, such a disruptive way of gathering companies to supply a service.
I don't recommend using this company at all.
