It is cheating my money, said free use for some days, and I go to subscription page, see there is a cancel button and click it. later when reaching trail end date, they let the true cancel button appear, and direct charge me. I do not know why AI is promote this kind of app to me.

I had a very disappointing experience with AppTweak.com. They initially agreed to give me a refund, but after that, they kept delaying and asking me to extend my trial or continue using their service in order to get the refund processed.

This kind of behavior feels very manipulative and unfair — users should not be forced to keep using the product just to get the refund they were promised.

It’s frustrating and time-consuming to deal with such tactics. I hope AppTweak can treat customers more honestly and stop using these forced retention methods.

This company is charging my credit card without my permission, and even after I reached out and clearly told them about the issue, they’ve done absolutely nothing. It’s beyond frustrating—how can a company just ignore unauthorized charges like it’s no big deal? I’ve emailed, I’ve called and still no action. This is straight-up shady behavior and people need to be warned before trusting them with any payment info.

We are extremely dissatisfied with AppTweak’s refund policy and customer service. Our subscription was automatically renewed in January, but we have not used the service since the renewal and no longer need it. Despite this, AppTweak has outright refused to prorate the remaining 10 months or offer any refund, which is completely unacceptable.

We expected a fair resolution based on our usage, yet customer support was unhelpful, merely citing company policy without any willingness to find a reasonable solution. This lack of flexibility and disregard for customer concerns is frustrating and unprofessional. Holding on to a significant amount of upfront payment for a service we are not using feels unfair and exploitative. We are extremely disappointed with AppTweak’s approach and would caution others to consider this before subscribing.

Bought the 1-month subscription in order to get ASO-certification as it was included in the offer. The team is trying to "fix" it for 2 days and nothing happens. I have to ask for updates and remind about myself. The tool itself is working fine but I don't need it atm

Hello everyone, I’m advise you and I am warning you to work with this company. They did the same with my wife. They keep asking for task then when you reach some minimum answer, the deposit need to continue the task then they ask the Dubai crypto and deposit and too much stuff From my wife C$15,000 just last week my wife she’s in very bad situation healthy life, bad situation and this money my wife has been dead with them. I swear to you it is not our money my wife she ask her family and now we are big problem Plus my wife she’s completely not OK and she has to visit the hospital for three days thank you

Total scam! It locks you into tasks and keeps making you deposit more in order to withdraw the money you already have in there. Then when you just can't afford to deposit anymore , they won't let you withdraw the money you already have in there. When you talk to customer service , all they say is that you have to finish the tasks and to borrow money

This app says they are looking for workers for developers, but all they want to do is get your money. I have never worked before and had to pay the company before I get paid. Be careful of this company it seems like a scam to me. If I could give a no star rating I would.

Suddenly they got greedy and limited the number of apps and increased package prices very much.
It is no longer value for money and we have to look for alternate tools.

I received an automated confirmation email that I had cancelled as well as a personal confirmation from Aleksandra (email handle is ola) that my subscription had been cancelled but the continued to bill me.

When disputed they claimed I had re activated my subscription, which I had not. If I had I should have received an email (or at least some notification) to notify me of a new subscription, when I argued this point and they saw no usage of the service during the disputed period they relented and issued a refund.
