I had a really positive experience renting through April Properties. Eric and Esen were both friendly, easy to reach, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions. They made the whole process feel straightforward and much less stressful than I expected. I’m currently renting with them and have been very happy so far. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place in London.

Erik really went the extra mile to secure the flat I applied for. I ran into a few issues with the Goodlord app, but he stepped in, contacted them directly, and got everything sorted. He also successfully negotiated the price on my behalf, which I truly appreciated.

April Properties were incredibly welcoming as well - they even included a lovely “Welcome Home” gift box with the keys.

In a market where so many agents are focusing on style over substance, April are able to deliver both comfortably!

When I invited Ezgi to value the property, she provided fantastic advice on the market, ways to present the property and the advert that was created looked exceptional! They turned the marketing around very quickly and also secured a buyer within a week of putting the property on the market. Once the property was under offer, we had a few bumps in the road (none of this being the agents fault) and they were able to keep me calm and ensure we proceeded to exchange of contracts within realistic timescales.

The market has been tough recently and it also seems that buyers in London are becoming more and more demanding, I was so grateful to find April properties and have their help and guidance throughout the process.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends and family! Thank you again for all your help.

She went above and beyond by quickly turning around documents, answering every question with patience, and keeping communication clear and easy via WhatsApp.

We especially appreciated the extra touches – sending helpful videos and pictures, ensuring the property was fully prepared with new bedding, towels, and appliances, and making sure we felt comfortable and ready to move in. We were kept fully in the loop at all times, which gave us a lot of confidence.
