After a bad experience with our previous agency I have to say the team here have done a great job to restore faith in agencies.

Really great service from first point of contact with Ezgi, who was very friendly and honest when showing us around and wasn’t your typical agent that’s just trying to rent the house to whoever pays the most.

Then Ela took us through the whole process and right to the end, she did a great job in making the process easy for us.

Ela really did everything correct from their side and helped us with every bit of getting our foot into our home.

Very friendly agents and super hardworking. Ezgi stay behind and answered lots of my questions about the rental flat we're seeing and also the market situation for buying. She followed up with me constantly and just great communications overall. Highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for flats in London.

I recently rented a flat managed by AP, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

The property was not cleaned properly before my move-in, and I had to spend a significant amount of time cleaning it myself. Additionally, there were communication issues between AP and the landlord, which resulted in an agreement being made that the landlord did not honor after the contract was signed by all parties. I was also disappointed to find out that the landlord was using the storage room in the flat, which was not disclosed to me prior to move-in and caused me inconvenience when trying to have it removed.

In addition, it took an unreasonably long time for repairs to be completed, even for essential repairs like the fridge and heating not working. To make matters worse, AP tried to blame me for damage to an item that I did not break.

Overall, my experience with AP was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid this property agency for their housing needs.

Esen is really helpful and goes the extra mile!

Both Esen and Ezgi have been extremely helpful in arranging my new property. It has been the smoothest and quickest process I’ve ever had and I’ve been renting for 10+ years.

I expressed interest in a popular property and they went above and beyond to make sure the landlord knew about me and was happy for me to move in.

Both have offered to go out of their way to help and assist me and for that I’m very thankful, they also gave me a lovely box of moving in treats which is a first for renting! What a nice touch.

All round great people and service would HIGHLY recommend.

Absolutely excellent. I’m a customer who has very high expectations for the services I pay for. April Properties sold a property for us and achieved a price beyond our expectations and that of many others. This towards the second half of last year when the market began to cool.
