While we await the next steps on our purchase, Eleonora and the team at April Properties have been a marked difference from every agent we’ve encountered in our search for a home. We’ve been looking since June 2022 and felt pretty hopeless before engaging with Eleonora and the team. They’ve really been incredibly helpful in navigating the purchase in a way that feels honest, forthcoming and friendly.

Ezgi and Esen were amazing in assisting us to find our first rental. In this tough market, where agencies do not have enough time due to high demand, Ezgi went out of her way to respond to emails and calls quickly and efficiently. This led my husband and I to make better decisions and place a competive offer in. We also knew what was expected of us through each part of the process and were again, given enough information so that we did not miss any deadlines. To top this off, on the day of the key handover, our mattress delivery arrived early and we were relieved that it was all sorted out for us!
