Don't go there
Placed an order for a number of items with clearly stated delivery address which was acknowledged on their invoice. Delivery was made to the invoice address not the delivery address, not the carriers fault as APS had attached the invoice address to the parcel.
On opening the parcel an item had been substituted with a different brand than had been ordered, as they had both phone and email details it would have taken moments to check if a substitution was ok.
Two emails were sent to raise these issues without a response. A third email did provoke a reply from Stewart Earthy a director who said "our support team will be in touch very soon" Three days later - no response despite another email sent to chase this lack of reply.
So if you want your order to be sent to the wrong address and to include an item you did not order along with a total lack of response to a legitimate complaint this business is definately for you!
