I’ve had a really positive experience using my Aqua credit card. The app is easy to use, making it simple to keep track of my spending, payments and available balance. Payments are processed quickly, and everything is presented clearly, so there’s never any confusion.

They blocked my account
I am an Aqua credit card holder. My name is Joanna Adusei. I am profoundly deaf and communicate exclusively via British Sign Language (BSL) and text. I am currently unable to use the Relay UK mobile application due to a technical failure.
Why did they block my account because of entering my passcode incorrectly or forgetting it?
Your brand is not listed on third-party standalone BSL video directory services.My account has been blocked following a security event caused by an accidental passcode memory input error.I am writing to clear my balance of £310 and unblock my account.
Because I cannot use the telephone, please provide a secure, text-based method (such as an encrypted secure email response or a direct text contact option) to verify my identity and process my payment safely.For data protection, my card ends in 0757.
