Confusion over Direct Debit Payment
I signed up for a direct debit payment at the start. I assumed that they would take a minimum payment. They took only £9 and I incurred a late payment charge. I then had to make a top up payment.

Misleading advertising
Misleading advertising - Hard inquiry without consent, I received a pre-approved promotional letter in my postal mail for the Aqua credit card, stating that applying would not affect my credit score, but would instead help me build it. Based on this marketing promise, I decided to activate the card.However, right after activation, I discovered that they performed a hard credit check. This hard inquiry is now negatively impacting my credit report and will remain there for the next 12 months.This is highly misleading advertising. I would never have ordered or activated this card if they had been transparent about the hard search. Be very careful with their promotional letters, as their marketing claims do not match reality.

New to having a credit card, its been very helpful when making purchases. The ability to pay in installments for larger purchases (inc a small fee of interest) has been especially helpful

I joined Aqua to improve my credit score. It took a dive as they did a hard credit check. I got it through Experian as "no hard credit checks". Avoid them.

Misunderstanding over PIN…
To start with I was frustrated that you didn't send me my PIN, which meant I couldn't use my credit card. I then realised that I can retrieve my PIN on my App. Since then I have successfully used my card and everything is now working fine

Really upset a 80 grandma want a scarf and I get her the card after use 1 week in Portsmouth they block her card the fraud team and is no way to pass security questions as she doesn’t speak well English and after that no money to pay for food a week and after that send picture passport and no fix it awful service really bad bad and this is a review regarding they pass through phone and try to pass and tell them on English
And they came back says no pass security questions and queep complaint as a yer ago stillno accest to a mom 80 years old acount beause even not allowme to pay the balance because shes no pass secutity quetion and no offer a solution and arreras till go up
