The card seems fine
The card seems fine, got it without a hitch, not sure about interest rates though, got charged interest in the first couple of months, did get it back, but cant seem to find out if I have interest free credit, which most cards have, should have checked 😳
Have just been intouch Michelle and there is no interest free credit on my account. Grateful for the clarification.
I will be closing this asap, £10 interest this month, 😔

Avoid at all costs
Avoid this sham of a company. Previous complaint finally dealt with then wanting money after 3 weeks of me having the card. Asked them to change the date as I couldn’t pay until pay day: told me this was done - paid 12x more than my payment should of been and received two emails saying I’ve missed and could be charged. Check again today and the date hasn’t moved, and their live chat refuse to help and accuse me of being rude. Stay away, it’s honesty not worth the hassle

Very good card, but cannot change my statement day.
Very good card, they gave me a CLI 2 months in of getting the card from £600 to £1,850. However, I'm disappointed to learn that i CANNOT change my statement date. I always have high utilisation on my card because i like using it, and it's basically my main card, because my statement date is the first of every month and i get PAID on the 13th, so as a reasonable person - i called up asking if i can, they said no. This makes me look desperate as i am now going through high utilisation, despite paying back like 90-95 percent of the balance every month. I was able to change my dates on all my other cards, but the lady at aqua said no. As i want to apply for a mortgage in the next year, and reporting high usage is bad for getting a mortgage. Unfortunately, i may close my card if i am unable to change my dates, and make JAJA my main card..

We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time.
