Need to employ English speaking drivers.
Ordered taxi text to tell me it was outside and wasn’t. Do rang and explained he was at the wrong place. Didn’t speak and didn’t turn up. Leaving me to walk two miles home in dark.

Lack of dignity
Whilst I appreciated that the driver did pull the front seat forward he could see that I was really struggling to get in the back as I'm disabled. He made no attempt to either try and help me get in the back he didn't ask if it would be easier for me to sit in the front.
Whilst I don't want special treatment because I'm disabled I feel that your driver needs more training in asking clients if there is anything he can do to help. I ended up having to lay on the back seat to access the taxi. Not a very dignified experience. A shame really because I have not experienced this before with your company.

Our driver arrived on time as did the driver on our return journey. All drivers are pleasant and professional good drivers. The vehicles are clean and comfortable. Booking a cab is very easy both by phone and on line. A very reliable service.
