Girlfriend ordered taxi to go from Timpson road to St Mary’s hospital Walk in Centre … taxi arrived …. Razu the driver on finding out girlfriend was going to a hospital said if he’d known he wouldn’t have done the job … then made out he didn’t know the way to the hospital .. argued constantly with my distressed Ill girlfriend all the way to walk in centre at St Mary’s then was abusive and used foul language at my girlfriend …. Will never ever use this company again … Will be reporting to the council licensing department…DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY … only giving one star as I can’t leave no stars .

I was late for work this morning by half an hour. I booked a taxi for 7:40, as I do every weekday. But no one was going to send a car until I called them. It seems like they all just woke up at the old time and forgot to change the clocks.

Booked taxi didn't arrive. Had to get an Uber to catch a train

Left waiting for 2 hours with a disabled person for a taxi that could not be bothered to fetch us. Apparently it turned up after 2 and as half hours, by which time we had caught a bus causing us big inconvenience. The staff on the switchboard could not care less about non arrival and we were told to just wait and one may turn up. A terrible attitude. It’s not as if I had just rung for a car, I booked it 5 hours earlier. Due to the fact that Aqua have taken over all the private taxi firms they can do whatever they like. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY

Pre booked a taxi, did not show up, phoned Aqua Cars 3 times each time told it is 2 minutes away. Taxi finally arrived 25 minutes late.
Driver explained that Aqua are the same as Uber, in that they take the booking and put it it out for any driver to pick up, so it's a game of chance if you get a taxi just like Uber. 1st and last time we shall use Aqua......!

Heads up we was ripped off by a driver this morning a trip we do a lot. Normal £6 odd was charged £11 odd. And the driver told us to pay and get out of his F__King car. I have full reg and plate number. We phoned the off and was told what do you want me to do about it. Managed to speak to some one else and thay said a manager would call no call. We have no other option but to take it fever. As not a care in the world. How many other customers has he riped off.

The driver was very quick to arrive. His car was clean and he was very friendly, polite and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service

Mike was a great driver, arrived in a good time and got me to my destination on time. Will be happy to have him again

I seen many driver use the one way road, in wrong direction. How is working? The taxi drivers can do anything?

GOT ME TO THE HOSPITAL ON TIME AT STANMORE

Quick to arrive and driver was very helpful with taking heavy item from pick up location to put in boot and also bringing item into my home at drop off.
