The ride was good

Absolutely crap
Came to pick me up didn’t get out the car I said can I have some help he said no won’t all fit my car which was an estate car as previous wk a normal hatchback taxi took me with the same stuff I had a cage which wasn’t massive he put the seats down but he refused then drove off didn’t even say he was going to drive off don’t use this man with DO NOT USE GREY SKODA OCTAVIA Reg DF65 LDJ .

I felt l was having a character assignation. I was told l was too soft with my son.
I do not expect to be told how the taxi driver sees my character.
I just wanted to get from A to B.
It made the last part of the journey very awkward for me.

Taxi arrived promptly the driver who took us at 9.50 was extremely pleasant and helpful helping us two older ladies in and out of the taxi. He should be complimented on his thoughtfulness and assistance.

Really easy to order our car, helpful texts to show location of the car. Friendly helpful driver would highly recommend

The car turned up almost immediately - he had just been around the corner. The driver was polite and friendly and took me straight where I wanted to go - can't fault that service.

We booked a taxi via the Veezu app, Veezu being the company which has apparently taken over Aquacars in Portsmouth at least. Our booked taxi, which was for a hospital appointment didn't appear and after a long telephone conversation another taxi was sent to use who on late arrival to our destination demanded cash payment even though payment was pending from my bank account,so a simple taxi journey turned into an extremely stressful experience. I am at present trying to recoup money from Veezu which was taken from my Bank account for no service. My Bank, Santander have been a great help in this matter. I can't recommend this dreadful company and advice there are far more reliable taxi firms available.

Aqua are a fantastic company I use them all the time. Today as always the App was easy to use and gave me me clear information. I got a message a few mins before arriving. Arrived on time. Clean car, friendly driver. Then had a receipt for my payment via sms.

The taxi arrived on time.Our driver was very friendly and although only a short distance travelling he made it a very pleasant experience. Because of this I will highly recommend your service. Thank you.

Lovely gent

I’m 64 and the driver only held the boot open while i had to load and unload my heavy shopping
Also after i handed over the fare he did not offer me my change
He did the minimum of what his job required
