I have booked this taxi firm for the same time every day for 3 weeks from work so I can get my train and the boat in Portsmouth. All my taxis were booked in advanced and EVERYTIME they have been late. It appears that at the time I have booked the taxi for is the time the office starts looking for a driver... I then call the office each time they lie "they are on your road now" "they are just turning your corner now" " they are just round the corner"... the office forgets that we get text a link to see where the driver is... EACH time it shows they are miles away... most of the drivers are polite and apologise for the delay but you can tell its not their fault as they have only just been given the job.

Terrible service and if you are looking for reliability... get the bus!!!

I had to call three times because despite clear instructions they go to the wrong place every single time! Then the driver thinks lm not there, and leaves. So frustrating. It is impossible to speak to a human when booking.. terrible.

The driver behaved in a racist manner. First, he asked me where I was from and then started complaining about the government, making racist comments such as how English people hold a lot of power here and don’t work hard. He was judging different cultures and people. He also insisted that I pay in cash, making statements like, "That’s how you give power to the government if you pay by cash." I replied, "I would prefer to give power to the government than to you." I felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave quickly, so I asked him to hurry. I even had to say, "Can you let me pay by card, or I will leave." He then threatened me, saying that if I left, he would make sure I got into trouble. This experience left me really scared, and I will probably avoid Aqua now.

The driver was lovely, turned up early which for me is much better than late. Woul highly recommend
