My family was recently caught up in the chaos of cancelled flights earlier this month at Palma airport in Mallorca. We had an aqua cars taxi booked to collect us from Gatwick but our flights changed to Stansted on a different day and we were stranded in Palma airport for 30+ hours. Aqua cars came up trumps and sorted it all out for us. We were so tired when we arrived back nearing midnight but our driver was there with the minibus and got us all home smoothly and quickly. Thank you all, drivers and admin - you helped as out when we were stressed and exhausted. Excellent service Aqua cars. 👏 You’ll have our repeat business 👍

The driver was unprofessional, rude, and unprepared to deal with passengers. This company should be shut down for having these anti-social elements driving the cars. They park anywhere they want without giving reasonable care to other drivers or residents. They block entry to any house or business entrance or even block a road to take their passengers. No empathy or care for others. They spread this attitude to other genuine and caring people. This sort of driver's ruthless attitude must stop to have a better society.

The app registered a location 200 m from where I was. Easiest to walk there and wait but wouldn’t have been great if it was raining

I use Andicars who are now owned by Aquacars.
Extensive use via app around Portsmouth n Havant.
Lovely helpful drivers, they never rush me n always help me with my shopping bags n rollator.
App was slow today so I called office who were lovely n bumped me up the queue as I'm a regular n disabled. Cars always clean n except for one driver using phone constantly whilst driving, I've never had a problem.
App shows driver location n car reg which helps me to know who I'm looking for. Locations are much better n accurate more than it was a year ago.

Booked a taxi and time several days before. Did not turn up and when chased they had not and could not allocate a driver.
What is the point of placing a booking with this company as this is not the first time.
Incompetent springs to mind. Never book a taxi with these people because they promise but do not deliver.
Use your local taxi who have nothing to do with the aqua crowd.
