Useless
Recommended by the wedding planners and the hotel . God knows why.
Booked a ride at 2pm on a Thursday, requesting a 7pm pick up for a short 2 mile journey. I rang , got an automated answering system before finally speaking to a human being. After confirming the booking I enquired about the return journey and was told it was not a problem.
My Afghanistan driver finally turned up at 7.12pm
Then I get a message advising me to use their App for a better service. 15 mins later, having given the names of my children, email address etc etc. I am now into a better service.
At 9.15pm I request a taxi "now"for the return journey. Whilst waiting for a reply we started to walk out of this rural wedding venue. Ah Mostok in a 19 reg Skoda is on his way. We walked to meet him along the only road to the venue.
No sign of him after 20 mins of walking. So I request another car. Told they are trying to find a car. We continued walking and were now close to our hotel, so I cancelled the ride on their "system".
Then I get a text saying our taxi has arrived!!!!
Then I get a phone call from the driver at 10.03 pm . I told him that Ihad cancelledthe ride on their "super" App, and that we had only 5 more minutes to walk.

Driver was incredibly erratic
Driver was incredibly erratic behind the wheel. Which considering his own lack of seat belt safety lead to a very rocky ride.
I would like to say that he was personable and engaging but unfortunately I can’t.

Perfectly on time
Perfectly on time, efficient and helpful although I must admit my favourite driver/car is 2077 he is fantastic a real hero and always friendly and helpful I wish there was more like him.

Quality service with a local driver
Quality service with a local driver! Gave the man double the fare due to his great attitude and experience in the trade, having been a taxi driver i know how hard it can be to maintain a smile in an ever decreasing circle of customers due to Uber and car sharing!
