Clockwatcher lite and customer service - Had to try to reactivate sortware for the single user licence we had on their new computer, only to be told that we had to buy the software again, as it had run out of activations and it was assigned to the computer!
We had origina lterms of licence when we purchased and it never suggeted this, so asked them to get this to me, they said yes but as yet no terms and not response to various emails.
