Amazingly bad

Amazingly bad. I called to purchase a spare part from them for one of their scooters. The lady I spoke to said they do not have any spares.... how on earth can you supply a vehicular product and not also supply any spare parts? I would NEVER buy any of their products!!

The rudest man I have spoken to!

My mother bought a second hand aqua soothe travelite, she was delighted with it . We bought spare batteries for it with no problems, but when I tried to buy replacement wheels I hit a brick wall. The person, male, I spoke to was very rude, apparently you should not buy a mobility scooter secondhand, although he did agree that I did not have to notify him! He not only said that he only sold to customers? But also that he wasn’t going to make out a ‘frigging’ invoice for one wheel, I had asked for at least two. I am supposed to ring next week after he had a look in the warehouse. Not if I can help it!

Dire after sales service and poor quality

Refused to supply price for a spare battery for bath lift without extensive and intrusive contact information. Claimed battery pack is "individual and hand made" for each lift thus they needed to identify the customer in detail. This is rubbish; the pack is a pair of cheap Yuasa SLA batteries in a sealed plastic shell. Sealed I might add so you have to go back to them for a rip-off experience!

Pity they didn't similarly seal the bath lift remote control which filled up with water or properly paint the lift wall plate which is rusting away....

I've had to buy many disabled aids over the years and I'm sorry to say this experience is not untypical of similar companies taking advantage of vulnerable users.
