I have had a great experience with these guys. All my fish have arrived happy and healthy and so have my shrimps and snails. On my first order one of the fish i had ordered wasn't able to be sent out to me but they rang me and asked if id like a replacement or to wait a few days for the fish i had ordered, it was my choice to recieve the replacement the man on the phone was lovely. on my next order i wanted to add a few more shrimp and snails on so i emailed them and they went out there way to sort this for me and emailed me a link so i could pay for the extras without paying an extra delivery charge. I would highly recommend this company for there great stock and choice and also for there customer service. I am already planning my next order with them!

Very healthy fish, well packaged and delivered quickly and efficiently with information available on when to expect the delivery. Very happy indeed. Would recommend.

Bought a beautiful looking betta had one white gill plate, turned out to be some kind of growth or fungus. Spread quickly and killed it.

Had a little mix up with my order but the lovely Suzanne manages to clear everything up for me and make a future plan that suit me better for ordering my fish too! Received an amazing Blue Rim male Betta and very pleased with the quality, shipping was easy and simple! will be ordering here again great customer service

Absolutely stunning and healthy fish delivered! I also ordered a crab by accident online, this was resolved and refunded very quickly even though it was my own mistake. Very happy customer here. This is now my new place to order any aquatic fish, plants etc. Thankyou so much guys!

Was so helpful with carrying out all that was asked of them. Fish are now happy and looking forward to watching them enjoy the aquarium.

Despite the problem that they weren’t able to supply the fish I had ordered and that 2 of another type were DOA they dealt with the problem effectively by giving me a refund which arrived in my account on the same day. Sometimes when things go wrong it actually shows how good a company is in the way they handle the situation. So I can recommend them!

My parcel arrived today , was really excited to see my fish I ordered.

Opened the box and was gutted .

Electric blue jack dempsey nothing like website also tiny .
Blood red jewel cichlid not red and tiny.

Mini clams were so small they have already been chomped.

Only decent fish in whole box were 4 x clown loaches .

£111 inc delivery , ordered off these before and were great , this time gutted .

Still finding it hard to believe what I received, we live and learn !

You have not provided a refund for the fish we sent photos of!! Your colleague offered to refund us or replace all of the fish when we place another order with you. When I opted for the refund, you withdrew the offer!! Why would we spend more money when every fish we ordered died in less than 24 hours? I doubt that floating the fish to acclimatise them to our pond was the cause of their death, it is more likely that the courier was late and did not prioritise the delivery of live fish.

People dont bye from the company. I spent a lot of money last week on a Arowana DOA ZEBRA CAT FISH AND BLUE PARROT FISH THE CAT FISH WERE 5 OUT OF 10 WERE DOA A TINY AROWANA DEAD ON DELIVERY.. I SENT IN CLEAR PHOTOS 1ST I WAS TOLD THAY WOULD RESEND. THEN THAT NASTY MIKE HAS SLANDERD ME AND MY FAMILY BY ACCUSING ME OF BEING INVOLVED WITH A ANOTHER WOMANS ADDRESS .ITS MY 1ST AND LAST ORDER WITH THEM . HE IS RUDE HORRID MAN . THIS IS ALL LIYS IV NEVER HERD OF THE NAME BEFORE IS GENUINE SLANDER AND LIYS .MY WIFE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH OUR SOLICITOR WHO IS CONTACTING THEM NEXT WEEK IV NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE . Excellent communication from and during the process. I ordered some balloon jewel cichlids. Arrived in perfect condition, healthy fish and perfectly formed. Very very happy with my purchase ☺️

This is the second large koi that I have ordered from them.
Today my 12in Sanke koi arrived as promised in excellent condition.
It was exactly the fish photographed and has settled in on its first day, in my pond and is already eating.
The first koi I bought I went there to collect and the staff were helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend and I will be buying future fish from them.

Ordered 60 Rummynose Tetras on Monday afternoon at almost half the cost of buying at my LFS and they arrived Tuesday morning. All 60 perfectly fine and healthy.
