This was my first time buying fish online and I will 100% be buying from ATYD again!

Firstly their delivery options are brilliant and the ease of picking a day for the fish to arrive was the main reason I bought from them. I bought 40 tetras, 4 different types and they all arrived on the day I chose, in well packaged bags with no leaks, inside a box with a heat pad. The water was still warm when I took them out the box and I did not have a single dead fish! All were perfectly healthy! No issues whatsoever!

I have had them nearly 2 weeks now and they are all very healthy, coloured up, eating well. I have had no sick or dead fish at all!

I am extremely happy I chose ATYD to buy fish from and I will certainly be buying again from them! Great job guys!

Quite a lot of fish off this terrible company pretty much all of them was dead it cost me 76 pound and I had to send pictures in and so far I've had nothing back but excuses rang them up and they completely tried to make out that I was being aggressive when I wasn't they haven't even offered me a refund yet which is unacceptable still waiting to hear back off of them about what they're going to do just stay well clear of these absolute clowns don't deserve to be in business absolutely useless

Have placed two orders with this company and have had great service one of my fish had died on arrival in my first order. And was offered a refund or a replacement with my next order.

I bought in total 5 fish to add to my growing tank back in Feb, as they were delivered the pack inside with fish was on its side and the water low, by that night one of the fish was looking like it was in shock, so I messaged the business no reply, by morning the fish had died, messaged with another update to let them know it had died, no reply again. Less than a month later the biggest fish I bought had died. I messaged them again on the back of the previous 2 messages and still no reply. Wouldn’t buy from them again

All the fish arrived healthy and very lively. The packaging was excellent, altogether and enjoyable experience. Have had fish from other companies and they were either dead or died shortly after. Five months later still doing well and look fantastic!!

Never used Aquatics to your door before and was a little apprehensive placing the order but it all went smoothly, a little issue happened and spoke to Suzanne who went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase! 5 gold star service..

I really cannot recommend this place. I received
6 gupies witch had a white fungal infections
A dead shrimp and 5 assassin snails were dead on arrival the guppies with the white fungal infection was not clear when they arrived but they have now wiped out two community tanks
They are awful condition the fish I received I did get it issued a refund but only £13 when I spent £80
This is ridiculous.
Don't risk it with this company

I’ve ordered a few times now and every time it’s been a great experience from ordering until delivery great packaging, great service on the phone and online communication and fish have always been alive and healthy would throughly recommend aquatics to your door

Made an order for a mixed bundle of 20 fish, fish arrived and were not in the best condition to be honest but nothing from the seller end, poops in bag etc, I did lose 7 of the fish, however i sent photos and explained and customer services were second to none, fast to respond, offered replacement or money back, very polite and within days i had a refund.
Very impressed with how the remaining fish have recovered, would use again.

First time purchasing from here and I will definitely be ordering again!! The delivery was spot on , the quality of the fish were outstanding everything came perfectly and easy to speak to if you want to know anything. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for my lovely fish

First time I have used Aquatics to your door but will definitely use them again. Delivery next day as promised without issues. The fish are excellent quality, colours are amazing and prices are very good. Really pleased with them. Don't see Peacock Cichlids of this quality in the local shops.

Was nervous ordering as worried about fish in the post and possibly not getting the best looking fish as not personally picking them ,couldn't have been more wrong.
Best selection of malawi i have had ,all males as I asked and stunning colours.
Will be definitely ordering again

Third time ordering from Aquatics to your door, pleased with my Oranda 13-15cm, order came in healthy and really stunning colours! Bigger than expected but wouldn’t argue and is now my most beautiful fish! Will order again

When ny delivery arrived my Marbel loach and one of my honey gourami had died tried to contact them and never heard back

My wife and I put in a fairly big order for a combination of Fish, shrimp and snails. We realised we had made a mistake on the order (wrong shrimp) I called Suzanne at Aquatics to your door, she was really helpful and friendly, and changed the order immediately. Delivery was this morning. Really well packaged and the communication ref day and time was spot on.
We had a query regarding the shrimp and contacted Suzanne. Once again we couldn't fault her brilliant customer service. The fish, shrimp and snails are lovely, bright colours and really healthy looking. Highly recommend this company. It is worth mentioning we have used this company some years ago for Koi fish for our pond, all are still doing well. So which ever department you may be considering buying fish etc from you cant go far wrong in our experience.

I've ordered fish from these guys quite a few times now. Great quality and always accurate to size shown on the site...They are always packaged really well, with heat pads and extra air bags to stop any rolling around in transit. They've even let me mess about with delivery dates when I've needed to. Super friendly too

Had order my fishes Monday and they couldn’t ship them till Tuesday they arrived yesterday morning with the packaging and the box damaged, loads of bags of water in there, three was dead on arrival, then one died half an hour later and then another three died. The fish are in poor health curved spines skinny sunken belly’s not in very good condition at all.

Ordering was okay - website could do with some improvement, it’s very slow (happy to take a look if you want?). Everything I ordered arrived fantastically packed, and much to my delight (and surprise to be honest) everything was perfectly alive, and more importantly healthy! I ordered a mix of tropical fish, snail’s , clams , shrimps and plants. Have already started looking at my next purchases for my other tanks
