We had a slight hiccup but it was nothing to do with the business. The delivery guy damaged and killed fish by dropping the box from chest hight.
Again NOTHING to do with the shop but they did sort this problem and promptly replaced all deceased fish and at my door within 48 hrs. Iv always had great experiences with aquatics to your door. Highly rate them for their service also there beautiful quality and selection of all sorts of aquatic life.
Will definitely keep using these as my tanks grow in size and amount

Placed my first order with Aquatics to your door on Thursday 19/2/26.
Had a prompt e mail back giving me a delivery time for next day delivery Friday 20/2/26.
All my African cichlids peacocks arrived perfectly healthy and coloured up.
Acclimatised them and released them into the aquarium,all swimming around healthy and happily.
Will be placing my next order for more in a few weeks time.
Couldn’t be more happier with the company and my fish.

What a fantastic Service .I had a phone call the day after ordering saying they were waiting on the Green rasbora. Then I rang them back with the choice of 2 new dates a week later they had given me . for me to pick one .I chose saturday and they turned up well packaged in a big box wrapped perfectly all very strong and swimming with health and vigour . Highly recommend and was a pleasure buying ,I will be back for more fish soon !!!

Ordered shrimp, snails and fish - all arrived well packaged and all in great condition. Excellent comms, all thriving thus far - really pleased, excellent courier used. Ordered on Sunday for Monday dispatch and Tuesday arrival - fab from start to finish!

Fantastic absolutely delighted with Aquatics toyour door , ordered twice with in 2 months.
Thy sent me absolutely beautiful fish, will be ordering again especially if the wife lets me have 2 more tanks.

The fish arrived healthy and colourful and the staff went a extra mile making sure I got all male peacock cichlid.
Only problem was delivery but they helped me to track them down and the delivery company hand machine was broken to I couldn't track it not aquatics to your door problem but thanks for the fish and all the help

Hello all my fishy friends I ordered my 1st fish yesterday I have screen shots to prove this . That took my mouny even sent a nice email. I've had today off work for the Delivery Then I've found out thay have cancelled my order! No reason other than very rudely told me thay cancelled just because thay felt like it. Then told me DON'T BUY FROM HEAR .As I sead my very 1st order with this company .. shame I did not read the reviews on hear 1st FROM what I'm reading its Not Good . How dere thay except my order I tack the day of work I work shifts being with metropolitan Police I had to email them this morning as I had not received any notification from any courier about my delivery today . It's really not good anoth then tell me that are contacting the Police really!! Well what can you really say . Disgusting terrible way to treat a new customer Never again . Fishy friends I would not try to buy from nasty people like them that have got my mouny I want it all refunded. Terrible reviews . .. I except them to underwrite this review if that do I'm tacking this a lot higher I have my emails and screen shots I have any proof I need. I have used these guys a few times now and hands down the best from the point of ordering down to the customer service if you need them.

I love the fact they are down to earth and really do care about the fish and if there is something wrong with the fish they will not send them out and contact you which I personally feel is brilliant as they could easy just take your money

There is just something about these guys which keeps me returning hands down wont go anywhere else .....and a massive thanks to Suzanne for her help and contact her customer service is beyond amazing.

I ordered 10 Black Mollies, informed me they only had Dalmatian Mollies which I accepted and boy oh boy I am glad I did. They arrived in perfect condition very healthy. I have had them for almost 3 months and they are doing just great and producing lots of healthy fry. They arrived well packed and super speed. Thank you.

I've ordered fish from aquatics to ur door on a number of occasions now and every time the communication has been amazing, the delivery time is always exact and the quality of fish has been exceptional . Ive always ordered Malawi cichlids and they are bright and sexed correctly (over a certain size) will definitely be purchasing from here again

FISH ALL DOA . THAY HAVE NOT REFUNDED AND DONT ANSWER MY EMAILS . THE FISH TURNED UP 6 HOURS LATE .ALL DEAD IT COST ME £200 FOR DOA FISH. Received my order on time and well packaged on opening fish looked very healthy but sorry to say once i got into my tank 1 was not well i took it bk out give it a little while put bk in but it died it was not swimming properly looked like it had swim bladder others are doing ok up to now

The past 18 months I have spent a good few thousand pounds stocking my fish room. The customer service is always good, the fish are of good quality and healthy, and they are delivered well. I believe, or get the feeling, they have a high turnover, which is why they can price them well.

However, the reason I only give 4 stars is that I have had the same recurring problem with cross-contamination (bacteria or similar) with the same species of fish. Even though they have all come from the same seller/shop, each time I lose about 20% of the new order, and about 20% of the established same species fish.

The first time it happened was when stocking a discus grow-out tank. I stocked it with about 10 fish a week, only to have their “new shipment” fish make my previous fish sick and go black, while all the other species in the same tank were fine. lost about 30%.

It happened again with angelfish I bought over several months, they was all doing really well 18 of them, then added 5 more, only for all of them getting sick, for no apparent reason. lost all but 1.
it has just done the same when mixing Corydoras catfish. I had 40 cheap reds fattening up over the past few months, doing really well. As soon as I put 15 different types of Corydoras in the same tank, within 24 hours they start dying of for no reason whatsoever, so i believe the fish of today are just to sterile, and cant cope with each others species bacteria. been keeping fish closes to 50 years now, Hench my fish room for breeding my own stock.

Delivered twice to my house. both times the box was very cold .first time 2 fish of 5 was DOA. Then 2 fish died within hours. The second time 2 of 4 was near death then died the other two died soon after. In my tank I’ve not lost a fish in 2 years so my tank is very clean 70 pounds down the drain. Left it for a few months and the one fish that survived turned out to be female no colour at all had more colour when it arrived obviously been fed colour enhancing hormones
