The Oase pump in my pond stopped working. (after o ly 25 years!). Aquatix listened to my problem and agreed to send me an impeller if theta would solve the problem but importantly agreed to take it back and refund me if it didn't. It didn't and I returned it and was refunded within 2 days. I then purchased a new pump from them after getting good advice on which one to buy, ordred it at about 1:30 pm and it arrived the next day. Excellent service, quick dispatch and a very friendly and efficient member of staff, Lauren. Would highly recommend them.

I bought a Oase Pondvac 4, but when I opened the sealed box, one item was missing. I contacted them and they sent the part out the same day, so a 5-star rating is well-deserved. Thank you.

Next day delivery has taken 4 days. Aquatix claim to be at the mercy of Royal Mail, but yet they still offer next day delivery, which will be added to the item cost. So paying for next day and getting 4 day delivery.
Most unreliable and one of the worst Customer service I have come across. They are ignorant, rude and obnoxious to the fact they don't care about the customer or the hassle caused.
I personally wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered 10 meters of Pisces hose. on the website it shows as individual reel, what was delivered was a piece of hose cut off a larger roll that was nearer 9.5 meters than 10. Emailed customer services no reply.

Bought a parasol from their eBay shop (not a cheap one), first one came scratched and rusty, so they sent a courier to collect and replace. The second was also scratched and rusty! Ended up taking a partial refund and painting it myself to save time and grief.
1 week over the 1 year warranty, although the parasol had only been used 6 times it snapped.
I informed Aquatix, who were grateful and said that it had snapped in a place they would not expect it to, and would replace it free of charge, great!
A week later nothing, so then comes the messaging thread of lie after lie, it was picked up from them but not scanned, the usual driver was off, bla bla bla...
I realised I was being given the run around so just gave up.
The thing is, if the seller had just said at the beginning, really sorry, it's out of warranty, but here's 10% off a new one, he'd have had some more money in his pocket, I'd have a new parasol, everyone would be happy!
But no, he had to LIE TO ME!
So, my advice, avoid this company, on their website and on eBay!

Bought 55W UV tube, failed after 24h 1month use over 8 months. Refused to replace.
SOLUTION, shop at DURABULB they give 12month Guarantee same cost

I placed my order for a 1.5" rubber joiner, two days later it was delivered to a safe place. No issues no drama so my experience on more than just this order has been good.

Can’t fault the service from this company. Ordered yesterday, delivered this afternoon.
Great email communications and everything packaged very securely. Am really happy with the products I bought too.

Most awful returns services ive used...Genuinely! Hermes have not arrived to collect item...Item sold was TOTAL MISINFORMATION...Airtight, when infact the pet food storage was anything BUT airtight..been a nightmare attempting to RETURN item.. Had to book another slot tomorrow...and guess what..If they still dont arrive. That would have been 2 total days of 8am to 8pm waisted on a flimsy awful £20 item ..in the last week upto the xmas period..Genuinely ruined the start xmas..Missing all the shopping slots , as i have already waisted one day , with a no collection from Hermes and a rude owner from Aquatix2u informing how long theyve been in business...Shocking customer service. No stars would have been more fitting...but no facility to do so..

I had a problem with my Hozelock filter, I contacted Hozelock and had terrible service and no solution so I contacted Aquatix2u and I had a replacement part within 24 hours. Problem solved, well done. I definitely recommend your company.

There's a fundamental design issue with this product. Although advertised as "weather resistant for outdoor use" it most certainly is not. The moment the shoot gets even slightly damp the fish food clogs in the shoot and in turn the mouth of the outlet preventing dispensing into the pond. Not necessarily the sellers problem but they should bring this issue to the attention of the manufacturer (Chinese!) or they'll get many returns.

I honestly have never received better customer service , I had a problem with something that was out of guarantee and was bowled over with the response. I am so very grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to send business their way they deserve to remain in business for many years to come .

55w UV crystal sleeve arrived within 36 hours of order, very well packaged but clearly damaged by Royal Mail (looks as if the very substantial cardboard tube has been shut in an industrial door to cause such damage) - very helpful customer service adviser said that a replacement would be sent straightaway. Great service - thank you.

On 27th April I was advised by email that a refund had been processed for goods offered for sale on the Aquatix-2U web site, but which in fact they could not supply. As at 3rd May this refund has still not been released by "Shopify Payments". This is very poor customer service, and puts me on alert to avoid using web sites who operate Shopify trading systems.
The Aquatix email did not mention HOW LONG it might normally take to reimburse my refund, after they had authorised the request to Shopify. This is the very least that they should always declare on their correspondence to keep their customers happy.

I have once again received superb advice from - Aquatix 2u - I placed a substantial order in the afternoon and delivery came the following morning. Could not ask for a better service than that. Thank you

Not sure why this company has so many bad reviews. They were excellent with my order. They replied back to emails quickly also, very nice people. Helped with a problem I had and stuck to their word. Will use again in future.

Huge shout out for Tina at this company.

I contacted this company over the festive period because my pump Bermuda 8000 suddenly started tripping my electricity. I don't hear anything for a few days because of the festivities but on the first day of work after Christmas I got a lovely response from Tina with some solutions. I follow this up with a phone call and she was absolutely delightful-a very fine ambassador to this company. Rather than try to sell me a replacement she had some good ideas which I will work on tomorrow. Either way, I'm very grateful for the extraordinary friendliness and great customer service and even if this pump (4 years old) has given up the ghost I would certainly go back to this company to buy a replacement.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for their product, their prices and their after sales service.
