Bar holding roof of hutch broken due to poor welding. After a month of emailing was told a replacement was sent and lost in transit. Refunded half the money but not impressed.

Brought pond pump on there ebay and never received refused refund blamed on courier company ..I was told to claim against Hermes when that down to seller as they clearly told me

Product delivered damaged. Customer service team contacted offering Only potential partial refund cost! Never known a company to exert such initial cheek and to test the boundaries of statute. Serious concerns further to my objections that the customer service team have failed to respond in a timely way and have gone quiet. Still waiting to hear and will post an updated review pending the settlement of this matter.

Took over 4 months to get my refund from them. Customer service don’t respond to emails ! Avoid like the plague ! Had to get Paypal involved to get my money back !

Great service - deliveries are always prompt (even in todays climate). Had an issue with one product
on my last delivery and was rectified with a no quibble refund. Will use again.

Ordered some filter sponges that arrived very promptly in a couple of days, even in these difficult times with Covid-19.
Rang the company to ask a question after receiving the order, so I knew I was installing them correctly, which was answered within 2 rings and fitting instructions given.

They don't reply to emails. I have written 2 emails asking about a order. I did order a pack of pond plants. On the box it said 2 plants, and were showing it comes 'alive'. I got one dry brown lump of 'grass' with no sign of life. And they do not answer my question about this.

Not happy with this company disputed my order at first they say it's been sent, Royal Mail track and trace didn't recognize the number after input, the company said they would resend my order but been waiting long enough got order from elsewhere, refund issued via PayPal.

We had tried to order from another company ,waited in 3 days for our order , to be told it is still in our warehouse. Said ok we will pick it up , no sorry need 24 hour notice. What to tidy the warehouse before we arrive. Yodel.
With aquatic-2u we could contact the company themselves and spoke to Tina.she did exactly what she said she would do. Emailed to ask how things were going. A real credit to the company. Dog playpen arrived next day as stated. Thank you so much.

Ordered uv lamps. Came on time and well packaged. Top notch service well done

I purchased an air pump for aerating our garden pond, over a year ago. (My Invoice Number was 535566). It became noisy and, on opening it, I discovered that a small rubber bush had worn, causing the pump to malfunction. I telephoned Aquatix 2u with the result that a prepaid return label was immediately emailed to me, and a brand new replacement was in my hand in just a few days. I cannot imagine better service, nor more courteous treatment.

Avoid sell inadequate goods and refuse to reply to emails for days on end

2 items ordered within 2 weeks and both items delivered on schedule. Both were in perfect order and was able to track them via the link they sent when the items were despatched. I have used them before and had no problems and I am sure i will use them again.

Excellent service i had made a mistake on ordering and it was easy to put right

before placing my order i read a few negative reports and was in two minds as to use this company, however i did order from them and have no regrets whatsoever. i ordered on sunday 19 march and the goods arrived by courier before midday tuesday 21 march. all items were delivered exactly as ordered and well packaged. extremely satisfied with items received and the price of the items i ordered were very competitive with other websites i visited before ordering. thank you aquatix, i will be ordering from you in the future!!

Having purchased a Bermuda duel water pump in August 2014 from Aquatix I was quite happy with the product, and now with about 3 weeks left with my warranty the pump failed to operate, I contacted customer services, and after a few checks they had no hesitation in replacing the item, thanks to Tina who dealt with my problem, first class service.

Placed an order specifically for their ' order before 3 pm and get free next day delivery ' promise that's all over their web page , waited in all day got to lunch time contacted delivery company told 'its on the van' and will be there defiantly by 6 o'clock , no sign by 5.55 so contacted them again and told its defiantly on the van and will be there by 8 pm. 8.05 pm visited site and my delivery had changed to 'Delayed ' with a delivery date for the following day . Very annoying as had taken time off to receive and install product and sat in all day for nothing. Contacted Aquatix 2u directly next morning spoke to lady there and told her my issue only for her to say its not next day delivery its more of a we will try and deliver next day service . Still have not received my delivery and have no one to wait around for it so will probably end up back at the depot and more hassle! If you require a delivery next day go elsewhere and pay the extra as this company just wants to hook you in with misleading promises.
