My first order was three packs of coils for my smok Prince mod and accidentally they sent the wrong type, you may wonder therefore why am I giving them 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. I cringed thinking I was gonna have to be put through to a call centre and then have to send them back to be processed before they would give me the right coil (which is a nightmare as I’m housebound disabled and normally I have a nightmare with the big manufactures) but “NO”!!
Instead the number was easy to find someone answered quickly and the lady I spoke to was a true testimony to perfect customer service and has got my delivery out for the right ones for next day delivery and with a return package for the wrong ones. So they get my five stars for their service which made up for any mistake, I will now be a forever customer with this site now and I have and will be recommending them to all my vape buddies.
