Incredible milkshake crappy service I give a two because you're amazing…

I give a two because you're amazing milkshake but unfortunately, the crappy attitude I got at the window. I guess iPotsdam New York needs to upgrade their speaker because the girl who works the windows is quite rude about it probably boss,a customer... or two Funny that arbys.com doesn't have a review place. I would tell the company themselves, but apparently I got put on trust pilot and yelp in order to get my voice heard. I'm sure they have it down.

went through the drive through Avon, Ohio 44011

Went through the drive through, ordered #1 beef and cheddar only. (no meal), asked for Horsey sauce. Also, ordered the #4 or #5 Deluxe Burger only (no meal). We got our food after watching the employee put it in the bag, take it out of the bag, and put it back in the bag, and then about 10 minutes later bring it to the window and give it to us. It came up to $11.xx and we grabbed the bag and left to a close parking lot to eat it. My husband's "Deluxe was a burger and a bun" and of course i didn't get the horsey sauce. I love Arby's and now because of their lack of good service and direction, we will no longer be going there. What a shame that these young kids can't be taught service.

We went to your drive-thru tonight in Rogers, AR. I was hungry and tired and feeling kind of cranky. Then this kind voice came over the speaker. He was patient and helpful thank you Romeo for giving super customer service, excellent food and making my evening so much nicer! I needed that positive lift!

I went to Arby's to get a sandwich for my husband.

It was not bad enough that they charged NINETY-NINE CENTS for one tomato slice and NINETY-NINE cents for one leaf of lettuce. But they informed me that a CORPORATE policy has been implemented that allows a customer no more than THREE sauce packets per order!!!!! Anyone else think this is a CROCK!!! Let them know!

Arbys used to be a great place for…

Arbys used to be a great place for really good sandwiches at a fair price. Since they have enlarged their menu, the roast beef has become an after thought. Son brought home arbys for the first time in a long while and it was crap.. hardly any meat, the meat was dry and salty, the bun was burnt. quality has certainly gone down it will be a long time again before I waste money here again

Arby’s hamburger. Two thumbs and two toes down.

The Arby’s hamburger is not what they’re making it out to be. Don’t be fooled. Please don’t be fooled. I ordered it because they was giving a free roast beef sandwich. I’m so glad I got that cause I really would’ve been pissed. Burger is not at all worth what you make these at your house they are dry. They have no flavor absolutely horrible never again.

They DO NOT have THE MEAT, what a lie. Always cold food, dirty interior, scrub the table edges! harsh service, not sure why. The owner must have plenty of other financial interests and this one is a write-off

On vacation and decided to have dinner…

On vacation and decided to have dinner at arby's twice back to back, the 1st order beef n cheddar was great. I went the next day and ended up with a cold thrown together burger which I had to reheat when I got home which is less that 3 seconds, I was very disappointed. The burger manager dropped the ball tonight!

WORST ON-LINE ORDER APP

I used to enjoy eating at Arby's but their new ON-LINE app is sooooo screwed up that I'll NEVER go back there again.

They promise special deals, but then everything suddenly disappears when one try's to order.

AND, they show ZERO (0) inclination to fix the issues.

HECK with them.

Turkey

Turkey. Antalya airport. I order my food which was 13/14 euro on the screen and i said i want to pay with pound as i saw 10 pound notes of pound in her till.
She said ohh please pay by card so i pay by card and later i checked she took 21 pound from my card.
Unbelievable antalya let me down

Service at 51&yale Tulsa,ok. Is ok. Nothing exceptional. Ordered the double meat Arby's roast beef sandwich with the lettuce tomato no dressing. The guy in front of me got his food but then proceeded to order 2 shakes at that time. Well he should of had to drive back around and order them instead of making me wait while they made them. My food was cold when I got home 2 miles away. It's never hot never warm maybe luke warm if that. And when he said no potato cakes in meals I knew I was never coming back. Really?potato cakes were what separated y'all from the other fast food places. "U want fries with that" I didn't think they could cost to much more then fries but apparently must be worthy enuf to loose customers cuz I won't be back. No potato cakes served in the meals. Be careful don't want y'all goin bankrupt now over potato cakes.

Horrible and disrespectful service.

This is the fourth and final time that I have given Arby's in Sapulpa Oklahoma a chance. Every time I go I am treated very disrespectfully and like my daughter does not matter to them. My visit today resulted in basically being screamed at the snotty nose kid in the Drive-Thru window that he had given me my change back, even though he had not he also stood and argued with me for 4 or 5 minutes that he did not want to and would not give me two sauces and at the end of the visit when he finally gave me the sauces that I requested he threw my order at me through the drive-thru window and then he slammed the drive-thru window in my face!! I sat there until tell he opened the window again and told him that I wanted to speak with his manager. He very disrespectfully told me that I didn't need to speak with the manager. I told him that I was going to sit there in his drive-thru line and hold up traffic until I spoke with his manager. She finally come to the window and I told her about how rude, unaccommodating and disrespectfully that her snotty nose employee treated me. I told her that I would be calling headquarters and that I would be Plastering it on Facebook how employees of Arby's treats their customers. She apologized and said she would speak to the employee about it. I told her to never mind because the last several times I have been through their drive-thru and inside the store I have been treated the same no matter who the employee was. Today is the last day that I will be frequenting Arby's!!

Train your people in basic customer…

Train your people in basic customer service !! Standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service is unacceptable! Then to have a snotty-nosed kid THROW my items at me is beyond insulting ! Will NOT be back !! There’s too many OTHER places to eat.

Ordered chicken strips / mac and…

Ordered chicken strips / mac and cheese. Both were under the heatlamp too long and inedible. Mac and cheese like hardened paste, and couldn't even bit into the dried out chicken strips. When it's time to throw products out, Arby's chooses instead to give me their garbage in exchange for my money. NEVER AGAIN! This has happened many times. All of us are fighting inflation too Arby's, but we don't pass our garbage on to others. you are doomed for the future if you continue in this dishonest way of treating/mistreating your customers for your gain.
