Excellent customer service

Over the top employees with the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Not a customer per se, but a third party driver for pick up orders. Got caught in a horrendous rain storm while waiting for pick up. Not only were the three employees the friendliest and most helpful, securely wrapping up the food so it would not get drenched in the rain, but one of the employees, a young lady, actually borrowed an umbrella and helped me to my car so my order would not get soaked. I don't live in the immediate area, but would recommend this store to all. All three employees were over the top helpful with the order and if I lived closer, I would definitely be visiting that Arby's. Kudos to Arbys for hiring such wonderful employees. This store is at 19411 Times Circle.

Train your people in basic customer…

Train your people in basic customer service skills! My wife and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone greeting us and saying we will be right with you. Four or five workers in the kitchen and not one said a word to us. We left and will not be back. You suck!

So fast and helpful. I don’t have to special order anything at Arby’s. And the Salinas location at Love’s has the cleanest and nicest bathrooms!!A favorite stop

The sandwich was not even warm curly…

The sandwich was not even warm curly fries were old and cold they were not warm at all I did not turn back in because if you do they might do bad things to.your food they acted like I bothered them to even take my order I won't be back this was the arbys on glenstone in springfield mo.

Sad Chicken Wrap

If you're expecting to receive a chicken wrap as represented in the tv commercials & online, you're gonna be very disappointed. It looks like a half chicken breast to me. Much to my surprise, I got a single chicken strip in a small wrap, about 6" long. Additionally, the small curly fry order was laughable. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Friendly service

There was a young lady that helped me today. Millard Omaha, location, Order #210 Station K01, dated 05.01.24 at 11:56am drawer 2 and she was awesome. She had a different name that I could not remember but you need to give her a raise. Smiled, friendly, and just very helpful. The 2 for $6 chickens were good and filling. I will be back. Thank you. You need to bring back the fish sandwich and the cord on ble sandwiches.

Palm bay Malabar Arby's went above and beyond what I was expecting. There was a discrepancy with my order and they made it right with minimal complications. I walked away a satisfied customer. Without getting into too many details they made my overall experience a pleasant one. Thank you for continually striving to do better

WOW just WOW

WOW! I was surprised by all the bad reviews until today. Today last day of April free sandwich month but the app wouldn't give me my free sandwich. Called customer service and they said the last 2 days were grouped in with last week and I got a sandwich on April 22nd.
When I went to school a week was 7 days. Today is 7 days exactly. I was not offered any sandwich by customer service. Just a well that's how we did it. Apology & I understand the frustration.
Nope ya don't! I was looking forward to that last free sandwich. I can't afford those sandwiches on my disability. I usually have to get sliders and at happy hour.
I think it would benefit Arby's to read these reviews and do better.

WASTE OF HUNGER/TIME/MONEY

I waited for 21 minutes and 19 seconds for two sliders and a small curly fry. They had 4 people in the kitchen, so there's no excuse for this. Both sliders and the fries were cold and looked pitiful. I recommend you save your money rather than visiting this restaurant. To be rested across from ECU is a prime location that should be granted to a business that can uphold a certain standard. This is completely unacceptable and I will ensure none of my colleagues waste their hard earned money at this ridiculous.

I just want corporate Arby’s to know I…

I just want corporate Arby’s to know I have always had great service at my location in Lewistown PA. The crew at this location always is always kind friendly and goes at of their way to make my visit great. I know most of them by name. Please let them know I think they are the best. I go there to eat at least once a week and sometimes I stop again for a snack like chicken tenders. Also I really like your fish sandwich.

I wish I could give them a zero!!
We went to the South Point Ohio store 4/6/24. We were over charged. He rang in an extra fry. I had no idea they no longer sale roast beef deluxe, so I took my receipt back up to the counter, the one employee he told me it came Mayo lettuce tomato. A female came up and informed me they no longer sale them... so I was charged .79 for tomato and .79 for shredded lettuce. I ask about the extra charge the male that was telling me these things rolled his eyes at me and said "oh my God" as he walked away!!! We spent $45 this visit which I will never ever go to this store again, I will either go to Ashland Ky or Huntington Wv.... so you just lost a person who frequents this store. I think the employees need repormend or suspended for their actions!!

Went to the mount Vernon store a the they didn't have change for 100 and I didn't have any other bills so instead of turn me away like everyone else they straight up compt the whole bill Wich I thought was amazing so I thanked them I am so impressed with this place so 10 star to them employees are always nice food always good

Arby's app sucks!

Arby's app sucks and they have zero customer service. First Experience: Placed app order on Sat at noon. App came back and said Arby's wasn't opened on Sat but I could pick the order up Sun after 6am. Duh! Tried to cancel order. Canceling is not an option. Duh. Got billed even thought I didn't pick up the order. Duh!. No one at corporate cared. Second Experience: Drove half an hour to get to Arby's/ App thru a "We are experiencing technical issues" and would not let me order. They 1) Need to remove their app. It is a piece of junk and 2) Actually get some customer service that cares. A company full of morons!

Worst Arby’s Ever !!!

Just left the Arby’s on Hillcrest blvd in Chesapeake Va. Worse service possible. Ordered 2 shakes was told shake machine not working. Ordered roast beef sandwich and a fish sandwich. Asked for arby’s sauce and horsy sauce. Was told they were out of arby’s sauce?? Arby’s is out of arby sauce!!!!. I was the only car there (no one in line behind me or in front of me) but was asked to pull up out of line. Had to wait for fish to cook, this is 5:30 on a Friday night. Waited 12 minutes, then some guy came out of the back door and handed me my bag. Got home and no sauce what so ever in the bag, fish sandwich was thrown together and looked like they jumped up and down on it. The just cooked fish was still cold in the middle. These people have the worse customer service skills I have ever seen. I will definitely find another establishment that have roast beef sandwiches in my area to give my business and hard earned money to.

Too expensive for a gyro. You Don't get your money's worth

I visited Arby's for the first time in Fairview Heights and I was very disappointed. I thought I was going to have a good size Gyro when the man said. That will be $12. The gyro was worth maybe on 7-8$. I wanted be going back. I was still hungry after my lunch break I guess the combo would have 29.00 probably. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!!
