We were looking around on our own and the right amount of time had passed before a gentleman asked us if he could be of help. He showed us exactly what we wanted and encouraged us to try out the mattress. From liking it to final purchase, Andrew made it all very smooth and unrushed. He even demonstrated how pocket springs operate and the butterfly support edgings. Andrew explained clearly about delivery and recycling of our old mattress.He supplied a contact no should we have any further questions or problems with delivery. Andrew made our purchase very easy and stress free.

Our first time in this store. It was my first time in archers . As we entered the shop we where greeted by Stuart . He made myself and my partner feel very welcome .
He came across very honest, he never made us feel under any pressure since entering the shop. We informed on which we where looking for . He took the time explaining the products very well and was very professional throughout . He met our needs very well and was very helpful . Buyng my new mattress was very straightforward from my visit to the store, to the delivery to my house.
There was a good range of mattresses to choose from in store.

Archer’s staff member Andy took the stress out of buying a riser recliner for my elderly mother .
