Visited Archers in Auldhouse Retail Park in Glasgow. We were looking for a new bed and mattress. Ian came to help us. What a man ….or should I say mattress guru. He guided us through the different types of mattresses without any hard sell trying to persuade us towards the more expensive range. He was professional and friendly and helped us not only choose a beautiful wooden frame but also the perfect medium firm mattress. He also gave us advice which meant we got the maximum saving of £724.50. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend. …. And Ian deserves a pay rise 😄

The service I had from Stewart in the Clydebank store was absolutely amazing,his knowledge that he had with the type of mattress that I was looking for was second to none, and he gave me so much information on what base was best for my problems.i took his suggestion on board and bought a completely different combo which was a adjustable mattress, which I found so good for my mobility, his explanation about how the use the options where clear and took the time go through all options of the positions that it can do with this bed.
Lastly I came out of your store feeling I had a really good experience ..and happy with my purchase that I bought

We were Easy shopping looking around on our own and…
We were looking around on our own and the right amount of time had passed before a gentleman asked us if he could be of help. He showed us exactly what we wanted and encouraged us to try out the mattress. From liking it to final purchase, Andrew made it all very smooth and unrushed. He even demonstrated how pocket springs operate and the butterfly support edgings. Andrew explained clearly about delivery and recycling of our old mattress.He supplied a contact no should we have any further questions or problems with delivery. Andrew made our purchase very easy and stress free.
