We were shown exceptional patience throughout our visit, especially Ewan in demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Both Ewan and Mark from the Straiton branch, were friendly professional and helpful. They took the time to help us select the products which best suited our needs and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

The staff were so helpful in choosing …
The staff were so helpful in choosing a mattress for me i picked one but got told to try another one and was more comfortable. Grant and Harry couldn't do enough for me so happy with this service. I only have to wait 2 weeks for delivery and they will let me know the day before what time they will be coming. Thank you again for your help.

Spoiled for choice!
Couldn’t believe the amount of choice and options for choosing a new mattress! Michelle at the Cumbernauld store was great she was happy to answer any questions, explained how the pricing worked and what discounts were available. She then left us to take our time selecting the right mattress. I had a discount leaflet which saved us money on delivery and recycling.

Staff very friendly and helpful
Mark J at Straiton Store, Edinburgh - Mark was welcoming, helpful and listened to what I wanted, showed us the mattresses that may be suitable. Mark was not pushy, he explained the prices and new the stock in store. He left us to try and discuss which one would be best suited for my needs. Based on my experience I would recommend and return for future purchases.

New bedroom furniture
Went to the shop to look last week and Harry come over and told me what wardrobe was already built as this was what I was looking for. He was very helpful and today when we returned to order he was there and remembered me and was very helpful again happy with the service he gave me.

I’ve had a really bad experience with…
I’ve had a really bad experience with this company. I was given zero time scale that my furniture wouldn’t be delivered over two months after buying it so it was a long wait.
Second the wrong furniture in terms of colour was delivered in terms of my bedside cabinet after my long wait they delivered one oak which was different to the drawers and wardrobe which was grey.
Thirdly The joiner employed by archers was five star but to my horror the wardrobe when build was scratched on the front badly as well as there being a bit missing for the sliding door.
Two weeks after installation I had to call up for a third time to chase up when the correct colour of bedside table was getting delivered only to be told the people who make them can’t get on there system as there changing it.
Essentially one thing after another disappointing to say the least

Scammer's are online
Its been a week and there is no sign of bed yet. Delivery date was last week friday and today after 6 days , there is no sign of delivery and when i called no one knows when it will be delivered. Looks like another scammer is online who sell bed online but there is nothing in stock. May be they are awaiting chinese freind's reply.
