Why can I say! good price and fast delivery!

Great service and post sales assistance from you. Sadly let badly down by DPD who have never once managed to deliver on time.

Nonexistent after sales telephone support.
They never answer their phones. Even tried the sales line instead, but still no answer. Over 1 hour wait times are simple unacceptable in these competitive times.
ARIA use to be a top notch company for service, but now are lamentable.
Phones NEED to be answered because NOT everything can be sorted out online.

I must have been using Aria PC as my go to PC parts company for must be 20 years now. They have always provided great service competitive prices & fast delivery. Just picked up a RTX 3070 Ti for my lad & once again amazing service. 5 stars from me everytime 👊😜👌🏁

Great company. Their delivery times are fast and low cost. The CPU and CPU Cooler that I bought from them works very nicely. Definitely recommend using them.

I have purchased products from Aria for over ten years and wanted to publicly thank them for the care and diligence that I have always experienced with them. Their staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly and although problems with Aria are rarer than rocking horse poo, when they do occur they are dealt with instantly and fairly. Keep doing what you're doing guys, you're the best!

Delivery was fast and item was as described, worked perfectly. Great communication during and after order.

When we found out my computer was not up to windows 11 standard I knew I had to change. Now as there are many many folk advertising this and that at silly prices and specs. I rang Aria and had a chat with the sales guy and told him what I needed and within 2 minutes he knew what sort of computer I required which for me is good. So did I go ahead YES and its the best service I have got from any computer sales and delivery firm everf!!! I duly paid by Paypal which was confirmed as received. Thats when the journey began - emails came down daily telling me the stage at which my custom build computer was at. Then my wife had an email from her firm who supplied her that her laptop was due on friday - and then I got an email saying the same !! so on friday I was up early - good thing because my computer arrived at 8.40 in the morning. Being bigger than my previous machines meant I needed to upgrade my table ( which I have) and have a throw out to make room for this great machine. Ok had a bit of diffficulty with the screen but a call to Aria sorted that out - the only thing which has taken time was for me to get my email to work ( which took longer than ordering and making of my machine) But Thankfully everything is working as it should but real quick which is great for me. So world get onto these guys for your next computer - tell them what you use it for and they will do the rest TRUST ME you will not be dissappointed.

Great pc made up with product had a little problem when arrived but phoned and spoke to jamie very helpful sortted out the problem straight away the service is brill highly recommend to any one if thinking of buying a custom pc just use aria you will not get a better service any where else
