If I was confident that manufacturers would honour hardware warranties (without ignorantly insisting on seeing proof of purchase from a retailer), I would've ordered from a scalper for £100 less.

Can't fault the delivery or service, and I'll probably order from Aria again, but this was a bitter pill to swallow.

I always use Aria for PC parts and spares - this time my Son got a new computer for his birthday. Aria was the right price and the parts came within two days. Everything worked perfectly when we built the machine.

I've had 3 different PC builds from this company and they've all been fantastic gaming machines, Customer service is so helpful regarding advice, Component compatibility and even troubleshooting a PC if they have any issues as 2 off mine have had issues, Company was quick to send out packaging for them to be sent back for inspection. Even after they have delivered tbe finished product to the customers they still keep in touch making sure the PCs are running well and are definitely helpful if there needed, PC prices are competitive and they have some of the best components available, My only advice would be my recent PC had a lot of stuff swapped out for higher components after been made aware these components were available just not shown as instock on the website... Will always recommend this company to anyone looking to get into PC gaming.

Perfect rare excellent customer service.

Bought a gaming pc for my son without knowing anything about them. Spoke to Jamie who explained things simply and quoted me what he would recommend. Bit of a risk as it was a Xmas present but there was no need to worry, updated regularly through the building and shipping process with Jamie being on hand answering my novice questions. All we had to do when it came was plug it in, easily set up and away we go. I have spoken to Jamie again regarding more storage as my son just downloaded everything, he recommended a ssd drive which was a doddle to install. Would definitely recommend these guys, so easy to deal with and sympathetic to a computer novice like myself.
