Ordered this after alot of research into finding the right bed. I had a great experience was quick, easy and even better as got a 50% off code from Instagram. The bed arrived and it is beautiful. Was so easy to assemble as well.

HORRENDOUS.
AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER. Do not be fooled by all the social media offers for discount from this site. Delivery has been pushed back time and time again, over 2 months. Delivery was then scheduled and we were emailed 10 times the same confirmation email for the delivery to then not even show up. No communication or contact from anyone, unable to get through to anyone.

Great customer service
I received great customer service from Arista Living. When I placed the order, there website was very easy to use and straight forward. I received communication from them every week until my order was dispatched. My bed got dispatched early (yay) and was delivered in days! Very good experience and I definitely recommend.

Would order again!
Ordered our bed to be delivered about a month later. Unfortunately delivery got pushed back about 2/3 times due to Covid/Brexit related shipping issues. This was communicated through email and if I emailed them to query where our order was they responded next day. Anyway, it arrived about a month late but this wasn't an issue for us as we weren't in a desperate rush for the bed. It was delivered on time on the day of delivery, and was pretty easy to put together. The finished product is amazing we absolutely love our new bedframe and would purchase from this company again. Can't get the same quality bed for that cheap (used a 50% off code) from any other retailer, so as long as you are prepared to wait a little while I would definitely order from here!

I LOOVE my new arista mattress!
I was in need of a mattress for my new house, and this fitted the bill.
Amazingly packaged in a thin box, perfect for our narrow staircase!
Unpacking was a spectacle in itself too! It re-inflates which was pretty cool to watch.
This is my first memory foam style mattress, so I wasn't used to it straight away, but after a week I fell in love!
I definitely wouldn't go back to a "normal" mattress again!
Love it!

We have had to wait for our bed for 4 months but I must say it was worth the wait! My experience with Arista Living has been really amazing. They kept me up to date with my delivery throughout. The delivery company- GP Logistic Services were also very helpful. Their team who delivered our bed, took it to our room of choice and were very polite and professional. I will definitely recommend Arista Living and GPL.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Don’t buy any goods from them if you are not in the UK. I live in Ireland and their website states they deliver here. On reading this I ordered our bed in December 2020. I changed the delivery date due to our house not being ready yet. Delivery was supposed to be 28/06/2021. No bed arrived even though I had received an email from their courier company to say it was ready for dispatch. After numerous attempts, finally got a response via email from customer service. They stated that the bed wasn’t collected by their courier as they were in the process of changing courier companies to a better one and would be in contact once they had sorted this out. Still no bed today nearly 2 months later!! I have sent numerous emails and follow up requests which are being ignored. No point in calling the number on their website as there is no actual person to speak to. We have no bed and no idea when or if it will ever arrive! I was offered a 10% refund for the delays to date but this has still not been received after being processed a couple of weeks ago. Don’t waste your time buying anything from this company, save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere!

I'm really disappointed
I'm really disappointed. We received our bed frame after a delay due to shipping. And I accept that. But the mattress appears to be missing. Nobody picks up the phone at the couriers or replies to emails. I ordered the mattress and frame together in May! I also can't speak to anyone at Arista. You can't take my money and not provide the goods or even an actual number to speak to someone.
My mattress has now been delivered with a lot of chasing. I love my bed frame and mattress. It was just the customer service that was the issue.

We ordered our it bed well over a year now and absolutely love it! We ordered it just before our baby was due and it came right on time and was so easy to put together. I was heavily pregnant and managed it! We’re now looking to buy our second bed for our spare room we are that impressed 🙌🏼

Beautiful bed for the price
Very nearly cancelled after reading reviews on here regarding the delivery but our bed came as promised so I’m glad we went ahead with it. Would have been 5 stars but bed was delayed by a week which was a little annoying but not their fault and they did keep me updated and apologised as well as getting back to me quickly when I contacted them. Assembly was fairly easy for 2 people and took roughly the same amount of time they said it would take.
The bed itself is gorgeous we definitely weren’t expecting it to be as nice as it is with the discount we got but it is beautiful and has transformed our room. It’s sturdy and the fabric is really good quality were really pleased with it

Ordered 18/5, still not here
Ordered my bed on 18/5/21. They asked me to select a delivery day, so I chose 2/6. I receive an email every couple of days, which is annoying in itself, pushing the date back. Eventually it got to 30/7 and I accepted this date and remained patient. This date came and I received an email to say it would be dispatched on 6/8. Then seconds later I receive an email to say it is stuck at the port and the shipment has not arrived so they’ve pushed it back again to 16/8. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor since the start of June. I’m suffering with sciatica and constantly up throughout the night, which is becoming increasingly difficult with my huge belly. When I’ve emailed to chase this Emily has said she would try and bring the date forward and then I never heard from her again. When I emailed again to chase, the response I got was get a refund. I’ve now waited 3 months and I’m afraid if I cancel and order with another company they may take 6 weeks to make me a bed. So it’s a catch 22 do I wait for this awful company to probably get my bed when the baby moves out for uni or do I just bite the bullet and cancel. Really bad company

Absolutely awful company, I ordered my bed at the beginning of March and it was due to be delivered the beginning of June and I have received nothing but excuses from them to the point where I don't think I will ever receive my order so I have cancelled. My advise to anyone would be absolutely do not order from here as you will probably never receive your order. I am so shocked at the appalling service I have received.

Never buy from here -constant excuses and changes regarding delivery -they change the excuses monthly - and then lose track. Been waiting five months and still no sign of bed and mattress -also can never call anyone just use insta site. When you ask them to call they never do -go elsewhere if you want a product and service without losing money ! They very conveniently gave me part of a refund as compensation when delivery was delayed - however when it was delayed a second time and then again a third time - only gave me the balance -so no compensation at all. Totally awful company and no customer service -I will continue to warn all customers as much as possible and ensure they do not do business with these awful people.

I ordered back in February and then was told my mattress was stuck in Suez… then I was told I would be prioritised on the next delivery in June. I should have had my mattress finally delivered today (31 July) and have just had a call to say the mattress delivery has had technical issues. Stop making excuses - if you can’t fulfil tell me! Please don’t use this company- their customer service is dreadful. I just hope the bed is worth it when we finally get our item.

Absolute fraud of a company!
The order seemed like it was going well until it come to delivery. Everyone is blaming the courier services without realising that Arista and the courier have the same address, therefore very much linked. I waited in on 5/6 different occasions as I was told my delivery would take place, it did not happen every time. Today my goods finally arrived but with zero warning. Customer service are impossible to get hold of and are just rude when you do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
