Love my bed!

So happy with my bed! Quality is really good and looks even better in person. Delivery arrived prompt and on time. Would definitely order another bed again in the future!

We love our new bed

We love our new bed! We ordered a dark grey velour ottoman with the medium/firm mattress. It is absolutely stunning and goes in our room perfectly! It is super comfy and very high quality. Very fast and effective service! Would highly recommend!

Bed is fine,delivery was slow.only…

Bed is fine,delivery was slow.had to chase up where it was after agreeing a delivery day when I placed the order.why would I choose a despatch date? Should be more clearer

The date you choose on our website is your despatch date and from there the courier takes 2-5 working days to deliver, however I can see yours was delivered on the 6th working day so apologies that your order fell outside of the agreed timings. We hope despite the wait you love your new bed!

Do not be fooled by discount codes

Do not be fooled by discount codes, avoid this company at all costs! Bed not delivered, no delivery date given. I bought and paid for a bed & mattress in sept 21 with a dispatch date of the 30th sept, here i am a month later with nothing but an empty pocket. I have been advised today 29th Oct they did not pay their couriers which is why my delivery has not been sent. All i can say is i am shocked and so disappointed. so please save yourself hardship and avoid them at all costs. Updated *order under Mark Browne*

I can see your order is for ROI which takes longer than mainland UK deliveries but we agree and apologise that this has taken longer than we would expect.

Your comments about us not paying our courier are untrue but I believe this to be a misunderstanding or worded incorrectly. After reviewing correspondence between yourself and our team it appears this was a customs issue in which we were not issued with an invoice until last week therefore were unable to pay the customs any earlier. I can see our support team have been assisting you with this and have sent you documentation and receipts to back this up.

We apologise again for the wait and hope you will love your new bed once received.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was sceptical from reading the reviews but we had a really positive experience.

We used the 50% off code which made our Kingsize ottoman frame under £300 which was insane.

The contact from AristaLiving was fantastic and was despatched a day earlier.

The delivery company I was worried about after reading the reviews but it was delivered a week after it was despatched on the day it was meant to be.

The bed was super easy to put together within 40 minutes.

We had a great experience and for the price we could not believe the quality!

It was really straight foward to order…

It was really straight foward to order online and with a code 50%. I thought bit good to be true to have good quality or something will go wrong, but I am extremely happy with our bed it’s gorgeous and looks expensive.
Delivery company were good too and quick delivery.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to…

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
We placed an order for a new bed at the end of February. After chasing, and chasing and chasing for months it was delivered but it was the completely wrong order.
Still not resolved and currently sleeping with my mattress on the floor.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have had. I can see your order was delivered in September however I think you have only just realised this week that it's the wrong one, hence why we have not yet delivered the correct one as we've only just been made aware ourselves.

In regards to your order being delayed, I really apologise for that. Please know that all of our future orders have been provided with an extra long lead time to ensure they are delivered months earlier or on time. This is the only way we can avoid shipping delays in the future and I'm very sorry you were affected by these before we made the changes.

I can see our customer service team are currently working on this for you and hope to have this resolved for you at the soonest opportunity. You should hear from them today about re-delivery of your order. Apologies once again for this issue.

Gorgeous bed

Very easy to order online and with a code to use for 50% of you automatically think hmm is it to good to be true?! BUT I am extremely happy with our bed it’s gorgeous and looks just as expensive as the ones you get in more well known bed stores.
Delivery company were good too, sent me a date that I wasn’t able to do but an email back with my preferred delivery date and it was all sorted with constant communication with delivery times etc.
My only reason for giving a 4 star and not a 5 is that it took me and my husband just short of 3 hours to put up. Now this could just be us we aren’t the best at DIY haha.
But overall I would highly recommend.

Terrible company who will take your…

Terrible company who will take your money, delay your delivery and then deliver a damaged bed which they will then not replace.
I ordered a bed which already had an extended delivery date. The delivery was then delayed twice by more then 2 months.
Once the bed finally arrived there was damage to the side panel the fabric was ripped along the side. I contacted them straight away to be told they could replace the side but it would take 3 months to come or they could offer me a refund for the damaged side panel, all of £18. Given that £18 is a ridiculous refund offer for a bed that cost close to £400 I decided on waiting for the new panel.
After three months the panel never arrived. I’ve chased them, sent multiple emails with no reply.
The last time I contact them they said they had no record of this dispute. In the end due to their extremely poor customer service and lack of care for their customers. I have had to go through my bank to get my money back for damaged item.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Great service and super happy with our new bed!!
Our order was delayed but we received updates and it was delivered when it was due.
Instructions for assembly could be more detailed but we got there and I love it!!!

I just want to give a shout out for Amy…

I just want to give a shout out for Amy who helped me to resolve my issues with my bill. I was falling behind quite considerably. I needed to find a resolution and Amy was on top of it. I found her helpful and pleasant to talk to. My issues were addressed and resolved easily. I'm a Marine Veteran who has head injuries and can't think clearly all the time. But that didn't stop Amy from finding me a resolution. Outstanding Customer Service. God Bless and Semper Fi!

Shocking service

Shocking service. Heavily pregnant and was promised delivery in early August, end of September now and after 2 delays it’s still not here. The delays were only communicated to us the day before the dispatch date to push back again. Said it’s with the courier who will deliver and they’d be in contact in 2-5 days we’re 8 days in now still waiting for delivery and nobody has been in touch. I’ve emailed them numerous times now with no response. Wouldn’t bother again. Asked for a refund/compensation for it being late and they’ve said no. Shocking service. Do not buy their beds!

The best we can do in these situations is apologise and escalate the issue to the courier and ask them to speed up the process.

I can see all of your e-mails have been responded to quite quickly too so I am not sure if you are referring to the courier when you say you haven't had a response. I can also see you've asked for a refund after you wrote this review and we have accepted this and are waiting for you to reply to us and confirm that you'd definitely like to cancel. So again I am not too sure where we have declined to give you your money back as all of our customers are entitled to cancel any time before the order is delivered.

Our deepest apologies for the issues you're having with the delivery process, please know our team is chasing this up for you and trying to get it resolved.

I really recommend Arista Living! We designed our own bed to fit everything that we need and the style/colour of fabric, it arrived with no problems and we assembled it ourselves easily enough. Now all set up and we love how it looks!
