Really good keeping you up to date with delivery. Actually putting bed together could have been made easier, but was quick enough. Really good quality of bed and would buy from here again.

I ordered a double bed from arista living for our spare room. I was looking for something that wouldn’t be overly expensive as it would only be used for guests. I loved the easy process of being able to choose the exact design in just 4 steps. The quality is amazing and my only regret is that I hadn’t heard of Arista living before purchasing our bed for the master bedroom! They were really good at communicating the process and I received regular emails about the status for the delivery. Once dispatched I was given a time slot by the courier and they arrived promptly. The bed was very easy to assemble, feels sturdy and a great value for money. I absolutely love it! I’ve been so impressed with Arista Living and would definitely purchase a bed from them again.

Weekly updates on delivery provided and although there was a bit of a wait for our bed to arrive the fact we were regularly updated kept us happy. Our delivery also came about a month earlier than planned which was an added bonus. The one time we needed to contact customer service was also a pleasant experience.

Good value for your money when you are using discount codes from Instagram. We have had our bed frame for a few months now and are very happy with our choice.

I ordered a king size ottoman bed from arista living. They were really good at communicating the process and the steps to receiving my bed through emails. Once dispatched I was contacted by their courier GP logistic who gave me a time slot and all was well. Unfortunately this time lot needed to be changed due to a driver testing positive. They were quick to reschedule for the next day giving a small delivery window and made contact to tell me when they were near which was great. The bed was easy to assemble and feels very study and good quality I love it! All in all I am very impressed.

Ordered a king size ottoman bed just over a week ago - it's already been delivered! Instructions were so clear, it only took a couple of hours to put together. Solid & very good quality. Would definitely recommend and use Arista again.

I sent this company a message weeks ago telling them that they have not included all the screws needed to put my bed together. It’s now been over a month & my bed still isn’t together. Contacted them again this week & had a response almost immediately. They’ve now posted the screws I need along with instructions.

I would give 5 stars. Many complained about delivery but I had no issue. Assembly took me a long time but instruction is quite clear.

I purchased a gorgeous kingsize ottoman bed in soft grey velour. I'm over the moon with its build quality. I have 2 other ottoman beds from another well known retailer and the Arista bed beat these hands down. I also had an excellent online experience. The website was easy to use, I had a discount code which made the bed very reasonably priced. There were frequent emails giving me an update on the status of my order at every stage of the process. I ordered our bed at the beginning of the year and I have no complaints what so ever. Beautiful bed, good quality and reasonable prices.

Very pleased with the quality, style, colour of this beautiful bed. The ottoman operation and storage capacity is incredible and we will certainly be ordering another and recommending to friends and family. Also the delivery was as recommended, and by the most professional delivery team.

Lovely bed easy to assemble too! Mattress is so comfy it really is a beautiful bed for the price paid.

Overall very impressed with the bed, it came with clear and concise interactions that the customer service associates were able to talk me through as I am disabled.

My bed came on time and it really is beautiful which I wasn’t expecting with it being half price. Only thing I’d mark it down for is that it took us two hours to build!
