Every order I have placed with Ark Pets Online, has been fulfilled in in an efficient and professional manner. If there has been a delay with a certain item, I have been informed from the outset and any time frame has been adhered to. Ark Pets Online are also price competitive and are first on my list to contact.

I bought a fogger which arrived and when plugged in didn't make fog!! AND the connector pipe had clearly been installed elsewhere....at a guess I would imagine it was a faulty preowned unit repackaged up and sent to me!!! I requested a refund and filled in all details for a refund, paid £4.50 p and p to return item and waited. I got an email stating there was nothing wrong with the fogger and as I had used it couldn't get a refund. They would return faulty unit to me at a cost of £3.95!!! This is ridiculous and bordering on fraudulent....buyer beware......I have lost £35 and the store now has the unit AND my money.....

I have been using this company for a few years now, mainly for fish food and other pond items and have never had a problem, in fact their delivery service has improved. Ordered a 25lt bag of variety sticks last Tues morning and they were here Wed lunchtime! Can't get any better than that.

I ordered an external filter for my aquarium on Thursday evening and it arrived lunchtime Monday. They sent tracking info on despatch and the couriers sent an email first thing with a 1 hour delivery time slot. Great price too and no extra for delivery. Delighted.

This was my first experience using Arkpetsonline. After a quick google search for a certain item Arkpetonline came up as the cheapest (By far) on the net so I browsed their extensive and easy to navigate site also purchasing other items. My order was made around 3.30pm and was unbelievably delivered by 11am the next day. Super fast and free delivery also excellently packaged.

I will definately be using them again and won't look anywhere else.

Bought a few things from arkpetsonline.co.uk before going away for a few days holiday, i phoned first to see if it could be delivered on the day i got back, the guy at ark told me to put that info in the order form notes box which i did and true to their word, i got back and took delivery of the order, perfect. the price was a lot cheaper than other sites and i got a new customer discount too!. the parcels were well wrapped and everything was in perfect condition. what more could you ask for. thanx Ark!
Finding it hard to navigate this site but here we go... Ordered an aqua one protein skimmer yesterday morning, this afternoon its purring away in my reef. great price and super fast delivery with an email to tell me it would me within an hour window. brilliant service again, 5 stars again Ark

I checked Amazon and Ebay and a range of other suppliers, and Ark Pets Online were cheaper than all of them and I got free postage.
I was amazed when the order (placed in the afternoon) arrived first thing the next day!
Its rare to get a low price and superb service but Ark managed it!

I have placed several orders over the last year with Ark Pets online and have always found them to deliver a great service with speedy delivery.

I have dealt with Ark Pets Online on several occasions and they never disappoint me.
I placed my order on 23/06/2014 at approx. 10am and received it today 24/06/2014 at 14:25pm along with 3 emails keeping me informed and able to track my parcel so that I don't have to sit in all day waiting. Also like to say that I live in Scotland so as far as delivery it is one of the best.

Ordered Filter cartridges online Saturday 21st June 2014 - arrived Tuesday 24th June 2014. Very efficient!
