I ordered a filter for my garden pond on 18/08/14, had a e-mail within no time stating my order was being processed, then not long after saying it had been dispatched. The parcel arrived the next morning, and was half the price of other sites, yet still genuine product. I highly recommend using this company.

I have ordered from this company many times and I have found them unbeatable for prices and speed of delivery. The packaging is also excellent.

Had to wait a little while for order, due to some items being out of stock. I would've appreciated an email to tell me what the delay was, but once I enquired, the response was very quick, the out of stock items refunded and the rest of the ordew arrived the next day. Items were well packaged and good value. Website was clear and easy to use.

Ordered Monday and with me Tuesday. Shop wanted £130 but I got it for £82 from these guys who were superb and the cheapest on the web. Ignore any negative reviews, you cannot go wrong with Ark.

Ordered goods on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday morning. Packaged securely and goods well protected. I have used Ark Pets on line for many years and always find them quick and efficient and at a good price.

This is the the fourth time that I have used Ark Pets. Their telephone was constantly engaged on the morning that I tried and so I ordered on-line. As previously, my order arrived very promptly, well packed and in perfect condition. The fish food container is stamped with a very long life date and the product is easily the cheapest on the web. There are other, much more expensive, feeds for Koi but my fish have thrived on this product, growing healthily and beautifully. I recommend the Pond Sticks and Ark Pets without reservation.

I have used this company a few times as they always seem to come up cheapest on price for the fish and cat food i buy. Free delivery as i always order enough to qualify. Excellent communication by email from both arkpets and the delivery company they use. Ordered on Wednesday evening, delivered on Friday 2 days later. Can't fault them and would recommend to anyone.

I have been using Arkpetsonline over 3 years now for my Juwel fish tank. I have always received excellent service from them. Delivery was always quick and they have always keep me uptodate with my delivery. Once they got my order slightly incorrect. I e-mailed them and they quickly responded to put it right. This is the first time i have used Arkpetsonline and it will certainly not be the last easy to use wed site, good products, plenty of verity and good prices. I ordered Saturday night it was processed Monday, i was keep informed of order status at all times when it was despatched and the carriers name and order number.
The goods arrived in first class condition Tuesday morning at 10 40am.

In particular, I often let my tetra fish sticks run down too far and my large orfe are desperate for them in the summer. Never fear, the delivery always comes very promptly so that my fish are always happy. I would always recommend this company. If any product fails, then it must be the fault of the manufacturer.
