The van was in immaculate condition and…
The van was in immaculate condition and was exceedingly well prepared. Whomever does the valeting of vehicles at the Elgin facility does an excellent job and needs to be commended. The customer service and communication was good and the whole hiring process was excellent. My one “gripe” was the lack of parking at the facility. I had no other option but to leave my own vehicle parked on the roadside for 2 nights while using the hire van.

Fair value for the price
I appreciated that A) excess waiver purchased in advance truly meant no payment on site; B) the car was exactly the brand and make we had agreed in advance with very limited mileage, almost brand new; and C) the short time needed to get and return the car. Also good point that the company has wide coverage in Scotland. All in all, I would certainly recommend the company to others.
To note: Transfer from Edinburgh airport with the shuttle took 20-40 min with the waiting during working hours, therefore it is best practice to leave ample time for it!

The staff were useful, knowledgable and helpful. There was no pressure selling. The choice of vehicles is extensive, and the vehicles are up to date and well maintained. I always use Arnold Clark and better than other companies that I have used. I recommend this company if you need a van or car in advance or at short notice.
