Loved these to the point of obsession but this delivery situation is ridiculous. There is nothing on the website to say delivery days have now changed. Either way, they sent an email (after purcha... See more

Disappointed with the order process. Email states 1-3 working days for dispatch but I ordered on 8th Feb and didn’t arrive until 21st Feb. Tried emailing but no response. Unfortunately this was a Va... See more

No cookies and no support

Used arrival before and they were great, this time however the cookies were delivered to the wrong address and were unable to be recovered by the delivery provider. They said we would need to contact arrival for further support, I sent multiple messages to their support and received no reply. Very disappointed.

Expensive cookie dough

I've ordered the cookies twice and the brownies once.

They're basically balls of cookie dough, crunchy and sugary if you have them cold. Or fall to pieces if you heat them up.

It's a lot of money for what they are, I only bought them with a discount code. After three attempts I'll try and find another company for the occasional sweet treat.

Breakfast in bed box

Out of the 3 choices the cappuccino was our 10/10 favourite,
The blueberry sadly lacked enough fruity ness, 1 of those didn’t have the mauve icing on so it was a bit of pot luck if it was the oat & raisin.
Thought point :-
Think it would be nice if you could have a mix & match flavours of the ranges you do as not everyone likes the same thing.

The Sundown Pack

The Sundown Pack is near-perfection. The only thing that isn't perfect, is the fact that it's seasonal. Apart from that, it truly is a gift from the confectionery gods!

Fine enough cookies

Honestly, they're fine enough. They taste pretty good. I'm really not convinced they're worth the price - you absolutely get an undercooked doughy, hot icing overpowering flavour in every single one.

I also found a hair in one of them, which was pretty gross.

Size over substance.

Size over substance.
These cookies were a perfect example of size over substance: 4 different 'flavours' that essentially all tasted the same. They were mostly raw in the centre giving them a cookie-dough flavour and taste whilst any feelings were lost within the cookies. I tried microwaving as recommended and stopped after the first where I got no rose or pistachio flavour but instead scalding hot melted icing, cold they were no better.
I'd have had no idea there was Biscoff in the Biscoff ones, the Kinder ones were just sticky chocolate at best and the red velvet ones were nothing special with a clump of creamy filling hidden deep inside that you got in one go.
Don't buy- massively overpriced.

When ordering the brownies I was…

When ordering the brownies I was expecting big slices of them and more than 6. When receiving them the box was very small and the brownies were only about 5cm, which you would want bigger brownies for the price you have to pay.

Cookies were nice enough

Cookies were nice enough, but taste vs price didn’t stack up for me. Chocolate cookies were lovely, the walnut just wasn’t for us and I found the cookie dough flavours weren’t different enough despite having different add ins I.e chocolate, Nutella, cream cheese.

Must microwave!

Bought the limited edition creme egg giant cookie recently. When it arrived the packaging could have been better, the actual delivery packaging stated no where to ‘keep this way up” however it states this on the internal box. This box was too big for the item allowing it to move around as it pleases. There was also a leaflet thrown in on top, which imprinted some ink on my icing.

Taste wise, the cooking was average at best straight from the box, however later I tried it by following the heating instructions and this improved the overall experience significantly. Is it worth the money, almost.

Not a very good experience

I ordered from these, took more than two weeks to come even though they said a maximum of 5 days, so no easter gift for my partner. Good job i dont out all my eggs in one basket.
I also tried to contact them a couple of times, and they just sent a standard message saying they weee sorry and they will send them again bear in mind it’s nearly may at this point and they were stale so thanks for nothing and charging me £64 for basically stressing me out these people take 7 days plus to reply to an email I usually use local people from instagram but it was easter so i pushed the boat out and it rather sank

Divine, heavenly, tasty treats!

Honestly, these Easter brownies were the most delicious brownies I have ever eaten (so far!). Arrival have struck that balance between sweet, decadent products that are also tasty, holding a crumbly brownie taste. I cannot recommend them enough, as ordering was effortless and delivery was easy- which was especially impressive as it was, of course, during Easter. Super impressed and highly recommended… treat yourself- you won’t regret it!
