Amazing!! Very trustworthy with their quality and efficiency

I got these for my boyfriend for Easter and he absolutely loved them! The smile on his face when he saw them, hahaha! He didn't have a bad word to say about them.

Well my order was delivered to the wrong address!!!! And to apologise I was told I would receive my order again for free but again this didn’t turn up so I cannot really recommend this company very much 🤷‍♀️!!!!

We are semi-regular customers, ordering for special occasions in our house like Xmas, b.days, etc and these are genuinely the best cookies we’ve had. But the customer service is a bit lacking, there isn’t that personal touch or care.

Arrival are perfect for ordering if you aren’t bothered when they arrive or are happy to freeze the cookies. But if you want them on a specific day, to help you out of an order jam, do something special for an occasion then these aren’t your guys.

However they are a small business and maybe very busy, so when they decide to resolve the service issue, it’s an easy fix. But still an excellent product! We wish Arrival the best of luck.

I have never been so upset about the customer service and product delivery from this company. I ordered brownies for a specific reason. Those never came. I had a response from The company and a new order was sent. This took 4 days from the pre arrival email.
When the goods did arrive they wernt soft and goohey. So all in all I'm disappointed with the product and company.

Excellent experience, sent cookies to my friends as a Ramadhan gift and they loved them! The only downside is that there is no option for a gift message, so can't surprise my friends with the cookies, had to tell them to look out for the parcel. Please add this as an option.

Ordered these as a treat, and they certainly were. Each variety was fresh tasting and full of flavour. We really enjoyed every bite. Typical me I over ordered but took the advice given and popped some of the cookies in the freezer and they too were lovely. Sure I will order more when my waistline recovers!

Looked great but no flavour. Just giant balls of sugar and butter

The biscuits are nice and much more value for money than the brownies/blondies. They are ok too but tiny and about 2,20/each. Are they good? Yes. Anything special and value for money? No. Dpd delivery not good

I have purchased from Arrival several times and am continually blown away not only with the texture of their cookies but how creative they are with their flavours.

This particular pack was a big hit in the household thanks to having not only fruity flavoured cookie in the blueberry but also the fun texture experience that is the cinammon crunch.

As always I heartily recommend trying this pack if the flavours sound like they’re in the wheelhouse as, as always, arrival has hit the nail on the head when recreating them in cookie format

I sent the cookies as a gift and understood that it would take 2-3 days to arrive, but it took 5 days. Plus, there was no way to include a note for that person, which is awkward. She did love the cookies once they arrived, though! Your product is great--the service and communication could be much better.

The cookies are fantastic very tasty only gave 4 stars due to delivery I ordered before the weekend deadline however they didn’t arrive till the following week so they had to go in the freezer till the following weekend

I really like the brownies and arrival cookies in general are yummy. I wish it were clearer which flavour each one we're (mainly when you've got milk choc/kinder/Nutella cookies, they all look the same). The brownies are very pricey for just 6 and I think the photos of 9 on the site are a little misleading. They were lovely though and if they're on offer would buy again. Very yummy.

Amazing cookies. Was worried they might be a bit small but they were a generous size and easily the best cookies I've ever had - they feel more like cakes and are such a nice treat.

Ok so the box was battered and not a great start for a birthday present BUT the cookies were superb AND when I reported this issue to Arrival Cookies they promptly sent out another order and apologised! Really good customer support and I will definitely order again and recommend them highly!

I bought a gift card for my brother's birthday and he subsequently ordered some cookies. My mistake, I guess, but boy oh boy, are these cookies giant balls of dough. If you love, and I mean really love, cookie dough, you might like these. But if you don't, maybe give them a miss. They are also incredibly sweet. Eaten on a regular basis, you'll probably need to have your dentist on speed dial.
