Impossible to contact
Sadly the company is impossible to contact. I ordered two black ceiling light fixtures (and 3 other cream ones). The black fixtures were scuffed, paint showing the silver. They looked really untidy. When I emailed to request a replacement of the black set, they did send me a replacement immediately (hence 2 stars and not 1). They arrived in good condition, until the electrician installed them onto the ceiling. Same issue again: black paint scuffing off easily.
I emailed to request a refund, as well as returning the cream fixtures (too small - my fault there). No response. I emailed again. Still no response. I tried calling, only to be sent to answering machine 5 times.
£120 or so down the drain, you live an learn during a renovation I suppose.

The support when making contact and the actual item sent were both fantastic! It can be a concern when buying a switch of such age, but both me and my electrician were very pleased!
I would recommend Art Deco Emporium not least because they are happy to "hold your hand" through the process if there are any concerns or uncertainties!

This business is really just fantastic. their website is super easy to navigate, great pictures and information.
