This is terrible. I ordered an nfl city edition jersey, I was intrigued by the price, and it looked very cool. But it isn’t good. Hasn’t come in 45 days, not even shipped to UPS so I can track it. DONT BUY.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is nothing but a scam. My order has never come and they will not refund my money. I am filing a complaint with my credit card company.

I cancelled this service in may of 2019 they cancelled my login info (so I have no profile) but they have not cancelled the quarterly payments. I have been trying to contact them about this but no one will get back to me. This website is a scam!

It’s been almost 30 days still no jersey. Tracking shows it left China on the 10 of October. So it’s been in the air all this time. Guess it’s going to Mars. When I send a email to the merchant they respond to “ it takes 7 to 15 days. Well I throw my hands up. I will post within the next 30 days.

I bought 3 files from seller Crafty SVG files on Artfire. When I go to my account to check my orders, The order that I just bought and paid for is not listed. Customer support told me they have no record of the order being paid for and that I need to change some settings in my PayPal account. This is the FIRST company out of years of ordering from only companies and paying with PayPal that this issue has happened. I just view other people reviews and seems either this is a fake company or they have a major glitch in their system.

SCAM! My items never arrived, there is no customer support, i sent them many emails tried to contact them thru social media but i didn't get any response.

It’s been 3 weeks today that I ordered a jersey and I still have not received it. I’ve emailed twice and received a response to be patient. For the last week, the tracking says that the package is being sent to a facility but they are still waiting for the package. People, this is the WORST service I have ever seen. I don’t care that it’s coming from another country (which I suspect it is). What did they use? Pony Express? Snail mail? I should have look at their reviews before ordering. Never order from this site, usasportsonline or Sports Smart Fashion.

Update-received my order finally and am happy with it. Just not happy it took a month.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely by far the worst customer service I've encountered, and the site is terrible. I signed up, posted one item (I think) I don't even know if it posted because the site was so hard to use and so glitchy. It wouldn't let me delete pictures that I accidentally selected, I had to delete the listing for the 3rd time and try again. I got fed up emailed they're "customer service" and asked to cancel. This is within an hour of joining. I get a reply stating it's cancelled and I'll have to wait for 48 hours to get an email back saying they refunded me $4.50! They charged me $5.00 and then charged me a second time $32.85 I emailed again explained and asked for a FULL REFUND they refused stating that because I posted an item I can't have a full refund. Absolutely ridiculous! Use Etsy, or another site don't use this joke of a site

Paid for a digital invitation, and it hasn't been received. I have tried to contact the seller a few times but haven't heard anything back. Do not use them!

This company claims to sell legit goods and services but what you actually get are knock off products that are not officially licensed in any way. If you're looking to represent your favorite pro sports team, steer clear of this company because the jersey you will get will be a blatantly obvious fake and people will look at your like you're stupid because you bought a knock-off jersey instead of actually supporting the team.

I ordered a pair of shorts in Large. It took a month to receive my item which came in a Medium smh. I email The seller they respond back by saying they are going to give me $5 return and I can order another pair of shorts...FOH if I can’t get my money back in full or my right pair of shorts back this is bad business..do not buy from these people I encourage everyone before you purchase do a review FIRST

They take to to long..but finally I get it.. good quality jersey excellent. The problem is the shipping.

Like many people have said, do not buy anything from this seller, they never respond after you purchase your item. I purchased a Baltimore Raven jersey for my son, about three weeks ago, and l have not had a response since, I would not even give this seller a one star, but you have to star it, to give a review

I read that the head quarters is located in Tucson Az. I figured since I live in Phx. Whats one Jersey..right? My other thought "American made" Boy was I wrong! None of the above. No wonder I got a good deal Made in China! In my defence I dont know what Jersey's go for. I know now. So the $39.99 was a screaming deal. Knock off brand.. Well, first off they took my money Lickity-Split . After a few days. Where's the communication? NONE! 5 days later i sent them a message they replied the next day. Then days after that i ask for a tracking number since i was never given one. They replied 2 days later saying." It's Festival time of year. I check update tomorrow" LOL. I should hv researched the store i bought the Jersey from. My husband never goes cheap on anything. I wonder if he'll notice the quality. Ugg i never buy sports stuff. I actually thought Artfire was a legit American company who honor there customers. Silly me. Well now i need to wait and see how long this festival lasts. I gave 2 stars for them repling back a couple of time's even though I needed to wait. I finally got a Tracking number says "Label Created not shipped"I haven't waitied as long as some people have according to there reviews. Would've, Could've, Should've!!

Awful company. Was told 3-5 business Days. I've been waiting almost 4 weeks. Asked for Tracking information and they cant give you any legitimate information. Don't waist your time with trying to save money because their service is terrible. I would never recommend this company.

Ordered a Soccer Kit (Youth) - It came exactly how it was advertised. My Son loves it - great deal.

This platform is horrible and has no moral compass for customer service. They allow sellers to continue doing business on their platform despite knowing the seller is fraudulent. They will not refund you when this happens either they will direct you to file a claim with paypal which can take up to 30 days. My experience: purchased item on their platform, waited a week no item or shipping info yet so email seller and Artfire, waited another week still no response so email them again and receive tracking info, wait another week item still not shipped so email seller 2xs that week, no response so email them again 3xs that week (no response shipping label created but item not received by USPS), email them again and still no response from seller but Artfire finally says they will reach out to seller, 2 more days go by still no response so email them again and Artfire says they will not refund me it has to be done through the seller which is still not responding, filed complaint with paypal and BBB, Artfire them says they will deactivate seller from site. Finally get my refund from paypal (seller never once responds to me). Artfire then reactivates sellers account on their platform! I can not leave a review on the site to warn other potential customers so going to find every review site possible and let everyone know how terrible this business is. Despite knowing this vendor is shady they still place the small monthly commission they receive from them over protecting customers and will never refund you even though you got defrauded on their platform. Be warned!!!!

Do not order from this company. I placed an order 3 months ago for a birthday present from my little nephew and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve demanded my money back and all I ever get told is “the order is in transit.” Total scam. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

I ordered a vinyl decal over 8 weeks ago. They took my money right away but still haven’t even processed my order.
I’ve ordered two other decals from two other companies and not only have they processed it, they have been delivered. So don’t tell me it’s because of Covid-19!!!!!!
This business is a SCAM and I got took!!!!!!!
