Normally my experience with ArtGlassVista is very good but this time it wasn't the best. My initial order was incorrect with missing items and and extra item. I twice contacted the customer service department via the email address and received no reply. Having left a negative review on Trustpilot they then got in contact and after a few weeks the whole problem was rectified satisfactorily.

It always annoys me when companies seem to spend more time concerned with trustpilot than actually dealing with their customer care communications - if I had received a reply from my email enquires I would never have left the original negative review.

I would however shop with ArtGlassVista again as they have previously been excellent.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with this company at all. Delivery was late. They informed me about the delivery time. I was waiting all day at home but the product didn't arrive. They delivered the product the next day without informing me so nobody was at home. Finally the product arrived, but the product was not the product I ordered. It was a Christmas gift so the Christmas present has gone. I wrote the company a mail looking for a solution but for 3 days I got no answer. the answer was" Then I got the following mail from the company: Thank you for shopping with us. We can now see that you have received your order and we hope that you are fully pleased, as much so with the products as with our service.

Huge range of products that are expertly packaged to arrive safely wherever in the world they are destined to be received. 100% of our orders have arrived intact, even the finest crystal. Currently the shipping cost is very high, probably due to the dew flight options available because of covid, so I won't be ordering until shipping costs lower again as this makes prices not as competitive.

We are very pleased with the present. However we got this present from our son who should have received the invoice on his billing address. Instead of that we received it so that we could see the price, which was not the intention of the giver!

I find that I can always rely on ArtGlassVista to send very interesting glass products. I have never been disappointed. This is particularly important at this time of year with the purchases made for friends and family at Christmas. Also this year with Covid I have done more on line shopping than usual. The prices of items are very good and once ordered the goods are sent very quickly.

One of the candle holders was a bit wobbly. One email and a short videoclip were enough to get it replaced without any fuss. Excellent customer service ! Thank you.

Lovely product although my delivery was 3 day’s late I received it we’ll packaged and I am delighted with it .

The 4 Nobel champagne flutes are beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase to add to the six I received for my 50th birthday in year 2000. The shipping, on the other hand, was a debacle that is hard to understand. The flutes were addressed and shipped to Dalton, Florida, USA but should have shipped to my home in Dalton, Pennsylvania. Fortunately Fedex was able to recover the mislabeled package in Naples, FL and reship to my correct address in PA. All is well now, but the poor rating reflects the careless customer service at ArtGlassVista.

Really easy to order and navigate the website. Delivery arrived within days and was securely packaged. Very happy with my purchases. Just wish there were more colours available and I will be hoping to purchase further glass wear in the future.
