Amazing - quick and secure service, loved my products!

I purchased a Line; Tumbler and Beer tumbler. Very happy with both products, which were replacements for breakages. And the speed of delivery and packaging was also very good.
The only slight disappointment was (as I said these were for replacements) and the Line Tumbler (straight sided) was a different design from my original, and so not a complete match with existing glasses. My originals are straight parallel (vertical) and slightly lighter weight, whereas the new one, the straight sides are slightly flared outwards. Still very nice though.
The Beer tumble is a perfect match. Thank you..

Another great order received. Delivery to Australia is a bit slow with fed ex not sure if it’s because of covid atm or not . I did get another delivery from Sweden which arrived 5 days earlier than the fedex parcel even though they were sent at the same time and was a different courier

Excellent packaging. Timely dispatch.
While accepting that photos of the article can be a bit different from the specimen received and that there are inevitable variations during manufacture, nevertheless the vase received is dominated by the purple element at the expense of the green. It is much darker and less translucent than the article displayed on line. There were also two scratches on the side of the vase.
