Easy to order and quick dispatch but my pot has tiny crack
Easy to order and quick dispatch. I'm very pleased overall but one of the plant pot I ordered has a tiny crack that I only found out after I potted and water my plant, so I guess I won't have a refund and didn't try to make a complaint because I can't be bothered to send it back.

Great 5 star experience. Quick delivery, excellent customer service, highly recommend. Bought a set of 4 wineglasses and unfortunately one arrived with a chip and crack in it. I saw it as soon as I opened the package. I immediately got int touch with the customer support team and they sent a new pack out which I got promptly too. Great products and service! Will use again.

I had a very hard time with custom from…
I had a very hard time with custom from Fedex delivery service and email Artglassvista to let them know about the Custom form from Fedex and I did NOT get the email back after 5 days and Fedex was going to return my orders back to Artglassvista....after I was on the phone with Fedex customer service lady for 56 minutes and she went step to step to help me to fill out the form which was supposed for the seller to fill out??? I’m the receiver which I should not have to fill the form out . This make me think twice before I really want to order more in the future with Artglassvista
