Beautiful glasses which I bought for a friends special bday. She was thrilled with them. The original bow arrived smashed to pieces even though it was carefully wrapped obviously couriers fault. This was no problem after showing photos I received another package very promptly. Excellent customer service 5*

Very good service and lovely products. I was disappointed by the size of the bowl I ordered, it was much larger than I realised. I think better visuals of your products and descriptions would help to avoid wrong choices. If there are there are different sizes of bowls for example, in the text explain their potential uses, salad, fruit, etc and show the relative sizes. Nonetheless it will make a pleasant gift even though it is extra large NOT large. Mere dimensions are not enough when different measurements are used in different countries.

I ordered 4 Kosta Boda Make Up glass ornaments for my daughter. I was unsure about ordering the items as the ornaments on ArtGlassVista website were cheaper than other websites I had looked at, but honestly we are so pleased with the ornaments, the careful packaging and speedy service, especially under the circumstances we find ourselves in at this present time. I received my goods (delivered by Fed Ex) within 5 days of ordering - ArtGlassVista is in Sweden, we are in the UK. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Sharon S

Shopping form ArtGlassVista.com was a very pleasant surprise. I am not accustomed to online shopping, but the item I wanted was difficult to find in my country. Not only did I find it, but it was shipped very quickly and in perfect condition thanks to a very careful package (we should not forget that crystal glasses are easy to break when shipped from Sweden to Greece!!!).
Furthermore, at the beginning of my order I had a problem, which was my mistake. When I contacted the "Help", they were eager to help me, very kind and again they answered within 24 hours as promised! The problem was solved, and my husband can enjoy his brandy in a great glass!!
I am actually thinking of shopping again!
