I had ordered 2 shirts from Arthur Hendon clothing and they were never delivered when I contacted them they came up with excuses and also said that the male carrier delivered it
At 9:30 AM. Our meal carrier does not come until after 4 PM. I feel scammed, and we'll never order from them again. Beware of Arthur Henden clothing.

Do Not Buy from this company. I purchased a "leather" jacket from them. It took almost 2 months to arrive; not one bit of the jacket is leather, and they sent the wrong size. I contacted customer service and was told I could pay an additional $50 to $60 to send the jacket back or get a 15% refund. I am now the owner of a pleather jacket in the wrong size at a slight discount. STAY AWAY

The shoes that I received were very cheaply constructed. Return policy is a complete joke! False advertising! BUYER BEWARE!!! $50 to return a $40 pair of shoes to CHINA! Nothing but a SCAM!

No return policy unless you send them 40$ ! The material, craftsmanship, and no labels on all the clothing makes one wonder, where is this crap made? BAD , do not purchase anything from Arthur Hendon, horrible company. No empathy , and bad customer service, never mind the horrible design and material is crap!

Ordered a hiking vest for my husband. It took forever to arrive, was too small, all labels had been cut out (like a factory second), and the zipper was on the wrong side for a man's garment. Like a previous reviewer, I normally check return/refund policy, but didn't this time. My fault. I could either pay all shipping fees to return a shoddy cheap garment to China or take a 15% refund - 15%! So it seems that leaving a review is my only recourse. I will never order from this company again, you shouldn't either.

do not order from this website. Clothes are shoddy and poor quality. And they require you to return to China and pay all shipping.

BUYER BEWARE!
The shoes arrived looking cheap and made of plastic. They neither feel nor smell like leather, though the description on the website says they are made of leather.

The site states 45 day return no questions asked.
However, first they require you send photos.
Then they tell you not only will you pay the cost of shipping, but you will pay for import fees, custom fees, taxes etc… to the tune of 50.00.

Normally I research websites when it’s my first time ordering, I made the mistake of skipping that step this time so now I am am stuck with ugly shoes I will never wear.

I've always had a good experience with Arthur & Henry. Most recently i bought a shirt. The person at Arthur & Henry was most accomodating and posted it out in good time. Note that this is during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK. The other shirts i've bought from them last well and i've one that i've worn weekly for the last year or two which is still as good as new.
