I placed 500ml of Winsor and newton retouching varnish in my basket at £20.58 when I went to the check out the price had jumped up to £21.72 this website uses "dynamic pricing," and it's when online retailers change the price of a product depending on factors like your browsing or purchase history, operating system, and even your post code. To determine what price they should charge you, for maximum profit. Absolutely disgraceful!

The service and product from Artifolk was, as usual, first class. However, although Hermes did eventually deliver the parcel - albeit leaving it on the doorstep in the rain without notification - my experience of their service in the past has been disastrous, as has that of others; the reviews of that company on Trustpilot show that over 90% of customers were dissatisfied with the service they received. I have always refused to purchase goods from companies whom I know use Hermes and had I been aware in advance that Artifolk used them I might have thought twice about making a purchase.

As always, great price, great service, delivered promptly, well packaged.

When I opened the carton, I found that 4 of the 8 markers had lost a cap during transit (from China). Consequently they were nearly completely dry and so were useless.
