I’ve been an artist on ArtPal for many years and, unfortunately, I haven’t made a single sale during that time. For me, it’s been a waste of time and hasn’t delivered any meaningful results.
The platform may work for some people, but based on my long-term experience, it didn’t generate exposure or sales for my work. I eventually decided my time and energy were better spent elsewhere.
This platform is so ridiculous I don't know how they're still in business. I wanted to make a very pricey purchase and needed to ask something from the seller. I couldn't find any contact options, so I got in touch with ArtPal. They got back to me simply saying that due to spam they've removed the possibility to get in touch with sellers altogether, until you've made the purchase!!! Seriously? What an intelligent solution to their spam problem! And then they had zero interest in helping me any further. And of course I made the purchase only to find out the item was already sold.... Real waste of time.
