The artwork is impressive, yet the delivery of orders remains pending.

Been waiting 2 months for artwork which should have taken 1. The support email is not replying to multiple emails so I have no idea what is going on.

Nice art, but orders aren’t delivered

This is a nice website with great art ! But the delivery time and customer service is horrible. They tell us 10 delivery days on the website ( this is not normal ) and it took them 19 day to print the label and than it took nother 6 day to pick the parcel up . And I 35£ shipping for 4 pieces of paper (15x15 cm ) and they shipped it in a normal envelope 🤣 and my order was only 30 £ and because of the high shipping cost I have to pay a lot of more tax’s 🙈 sorry for my bad English ☺️ I hope this helps others

I ordered a piece of art but due to a mix up by Royal Mail my order didn't arrive. I contacted Saskia & sarah from Customer Services and they resolved the matter for me, quickly and efficiently. They let me know what was happening every step of the way.
My art was sent the next day, a beautiful piece, which was packaged very well.
Thank you both so much for your great Customer Service. I will definately order from you again.

Excellent customer service

good coms and great product, sent with tracking and well packed.

The frame joints on the right hand side are partially open. Did no one inspect the framers' work?
The frame is bigger than it needs to be. The lower border is too deep leaving the print image skewed towards the top of the frame.

I ordered something, they sent it, I received it. Woo hoo!

Everything went smoothly from the order to delivery. Good communication from the company advising us about the expected delivery times. We love our new art work.

Returns of artwork not easy.

To improve the customer experience:
1. State frames are not refundable as an alert at the checkout
2. Should artwork need to be returned, then do provide clear instructions on how to package to prevent inadvertent damage eg creasing.

I found 2 matching original, limited edition pieces of artwork in AR sale and immediately knew they would look great in my new lounge. The pieces were dispatched direct from storage by the original artist in perfect packaging. Thanks, I'm delighted with them framed and on my wall.
