Interviewed with them - and they were extremely rude.

Clare, William and the team at ASR were outstanding in the service they provided to sell our father’s house. They were highly professional, knowledgeable of the local market and generated lots of interest in the house. They then handled the process expertly along the way to ensure the sale moved along to exchange. Their level of customer service was extremely high throughout with quick responses to queries and they always took a solution focus to any issues which arose. We are extremely pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them very highly.

I have used ASR for purchase and letting over many years, and have always had first class service. Their knowledge of the Wimbledon/Raynes Park area is excellent. Staff are friendly and professional. They understand my requirements and have always delivered on them.

If you are a tenant, I will strongly advise you to keep away from renting a property through Andrew Scott Robertson. September this year, I rented a property for 18 months whilst rennovating my property. Lights tripped four times in the space of 2 months, no lights in the property. The last electrician identified they are some major issues, good practice is for the lights to be rewired. Lived on standing lights for two weeks. Electrician been warned, not to discuss any matters with us. Work has been done today to disable some electric connections, reconfigure RCD such a way it won't trip. Unprofessional, no empathy a young family is living in dark, lacks understanding of legal stand and wasn't able to offer standing lamps as they don't have a budget, not trasparent etc. Being a landlord with a number of buy to let properties, I am appalled with how this has been managed. Not sure if the landlord is aware (they live overseas), not providing contact details on the landlord.

Professional, patient, personable people. From the outset we felt we were in good hands, and so it proved to be. ASR managed to secure us a good sale in a tough market. We are very grateful.

I have had excellent friendly service from this company over a number of years and have recently sold my house through them in order to downsize. The whole process was smoothly and efficiently handled. All members of staff I dealt with were helpful and supportive and their local knowledge and experience led to a prompt and very successful sale
