Easy to use
Easy to use. Just place the samples in a bag and then inside another. All supplied in kit. Good labelling system so confident in correct sample results. Post off the sample and result was back within a few days (faster if you want to "Fast Track")
Helped that result came back with no Asbestos found so we can safely crack on with the renovation.

Great experience, easy to do, quick results.
Easy to order direct from company. Clear instructions on how to register and how to collect samples- suggest writing the details on all the bags before using them.
Took approximately 5 days in post, receive notification of delivery, and then less than 24 hours to get the results.
Results were laid out in an easy to understand form.
I did the six samples for £120. Glad we did this as we now have complete peace of mind throughout the ceilings which were highlighted as a potential risk on our house survey.
Shall look to do more i.e. boiler flagging, chimney, garage when we move in.

Hi there, I can see it did take a week from your registering the sample, to receiving your results. Your sample arrived with us the same day results where sent so unfortunately royal mail took 6 days to deliver your sample to us.

kit was easy to use, and the service was prompt and efficient. Sample posted on a Saturday to arrive Monday, paid for same day testing and had result back Monday afternoon. Excellent communication throughout the process from ordering, to checking that I had received the result.
